It is sad to say this will be first and last time I attempt to order anything from xxxxx Corporation I ordered my xxxxx Aerocart on June on the internetI received my order confirmation via email almost instantlyI then waited for the cart to arriveAfter weeks and no cartI tried yes I said tried to contact someone in customer service (after being on hold for hours yes hours, I hung up.) the only way I got customer service was through chatI then learned that my cart was shipped back to (xxxxx Tool Corporation) because of some FedEx \ USPS address mix upIn the meantime no one call or email to inform me of the problemThey (xxxxx Tool Corporation) agreed resend the cart only after I contacted them via the chatLike I mentioned earlier on call no email nothingI was going to use the cart the 4th of July weekend at the cabin an now wasnâ t going to get it in time so I canceled my order and will never deal with (xxxxx Tool Corporation) EVER Again! I cannot believe a corporation would let their business suffer for lack of customer supportI my opinion you could have the best product ever but without even decent customer service you have nothing but disappointed consumers who will never shop with you again

Review: I felt racial discrimination from two of their female employees. They gave us three of us tiny corner table which can only seat two people and lied to us the other open table is waiting for a bigger party. Turned out that two white man seated there and I confirmed with them that they had no reservation at all and they came after us. And they were only two and we were three, which I don't believe is a BIGGER party.

The two servers were very impatient, rude, unhappy to help and even LIED in our face.

We refused to pay tip because of the terrible service and they enforced 18% tips as mandatory.

I only signed the amount before tips on my bill and they charged the full amount with 18% tips anyway.Desired Settlement: Explanation from the server with the business owner.
