Good Afternoon, The guest’s initial complaint was emailed to a manager of Bond in SpanishWe then received a letter from the Mexican consulate (in
English) dated December *** Because this was an injury report concerning a minor, this case was given to our insurance company. The first attempt at contact by the insurance company was 1/*/and the *** attempt to contact was 1/**/2016.
