have for this unitThe details do state what the item is for the model number he picked.Errors can happen like this if you don’t read the details and just go by the pictureFor his inconvenience he was given 2nd day free shipping but he canceled the order instead because the one he wanted to purchase was moreRyan did send in to get the picture headline fixed as he told the customer he wouldIt is sent off to our web designer and does take a few days to be correctedWe do have a disclaimer on our website as well for if something like this happens. I do apologize for what had happened with this customers orderWhen it was processed on the 8th we were not informed by our distributor that this item was discontinued and changed to a different model number from the manufactureBrooke spoke to the customer on the 15th about the change which
she agreed too and then her order was corrected and sent to our distributorWith the confusion of the model number change this affected several orders in their system and for some reason they were not shipped out in a timely manner. My distributor has apologized for this and also II am going to credit the customer back his shipping cost for the inconvenienceI have spoke to Shauna our sales rep about the customers comment about refusing to identify herself or who she talked tooShe informed me she answered all the customers questions and if there was any problems she would have asked a manager to take the call

Revdex.com: I am glad to see they now have updated the listing in regards to "GPS" header outlined in the product descriptionI feel confident and disappointed that this would not have been addressed unless I had Revdex.com involvementI state this since I gave them several days prior to filing my formal complaint to address the concern with no resolutionTo address the "free day shipping", Ryan (as polite as he was), could not guarantee the item by 12/even with me ordering it so far in advance and providing me with day shippingThis caused me to shop for the other items where we both agreed these alternates would be a great substitutionI also noted regarding my original product purchased their shipping messaging on the website did not change to show product not available until XX/XX date or severely delayed to ship to customerI am still concerned with business practices at this retailer/E-tailor and hope this is the only compliant you receive regarding them but if not there will now be a historic trail of inappropriate practices and lack luster resolution
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and though I will not recommend this business to family or friends I find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

[redacted] placed an order with our company On Sunday May 24th all our orders go through an automated system and are processed as soon as they are submitted from any customer. Also on his order form he added in the comment...

box (Please ship ASAP Thank You) Being said his order was one of the first to be packed with UPS tracking. Adding all the other orders on top of his from the weekend there was no way of pulling it from the pallet that was already shrinked wrapped up on the dock. [redacted]s called in to say he wanted to cancel his order. He was informed by Ryan our sales rep that his order was already processed and packed so it was too late to cancel the order.  He explained to him how the warehouse had his order already packed on the dock shrink wrapped with all the hundred of other orders for UPS to pick up. Once an order is processed, packed, labeled with UPS tracking info it cannot get pulled.  Ryan apologized to him and said he can refuse the order when it is delivered to him and when our warehouse receives his order back a full refund will be issued. He also told him if he wasn’t home to refuse the order to let us know and then a UPS return label will be sent to him to send the order back. We apologized for shipping an order that he said too ASAP and would give him a full refund when we receive it back. We tried to work this out with him to get this taken care of as soon as possible like how he wanted us to ship his order to him. We received this email from him on May 27th  You can refund ALL of my payment when your refused shipment is received or you can spend a very large amount of time and resources responding to complaints with the Revdex.com and debtt card disputes for starters. Since I am retired and have nothing better to do there will be plenty of them. His complaint to the Revdex.com was submitted on the same day. His order was delivered to him on May 28th which we see he did not refuse the order with UPS. We also tried to contact him about not refusing the order if he decided to keep the order or if we should send a return label and we never heard back from him. I have no problem sending him a return label as Ryan mentioned to him on May 27th. Thank you,SueSJK Products
