My daughter returned the glasses to Bond today (July 20, 2016) at 1:pmShe was told by the Director of Optical Services that there was no record of any refund due
I would also like to add that they were fully aware that the frames were not the issue when they made an attempt to correct the problem to begin withI was adamant that the bifocals were the problem and have had absolutely no problems with my new lenses that are mm lower than my first two pair from BondThere also was no change to the prescription!
I will not be satisfied until I receive the full refund that I requested
