Review: I reserved a round trip to JFK airport and provided all of the appropriate information to the reservationist. Although the departure trip was fine, I was not greeted by a driver on my return and upon calling, learned that they had not reserved my return trip.The company made a half fledged effort to find an alternate driver but failed.I was stranded at the airport at 8 pm and had to ask [redacted] how and where to rent a car.As I am unfamiliar with the area, it was an extremely stressful situation for me and my wife and took an additional three hours to complete.Desired Settlement: Because my agreement was for a round trip, I am seeking payment for the return portion ($170.00) and reimbursement of the rental car ($112.00) for a total of $282.00.Compensation should be paid for the duress suffered.

[redacted] called and booked a 1 way. Said he would call back as he didn't have his return details. All trips booked are confirmed via email confirmations. With a log recorded log. The day he called said he was at the airport looking for his driver, when asked if he had a confirmation #. He said he did not have one. When told him we needed some time to find a driver he said you have 5 minutes. He called right back and he was told we needed at least 10 more minutes to get an estimated time for a driver to get there. He called again after 30 minutes of arriving and said to forget it he was going to rent a car. We did have a car headed there, however he would have had to wait. As far as the the fee paid only the outbound has been charged. Since there was no return reservation made, he was not charged . We will be willing to credit him half the fee of the rental of $56.00 Kind Regards, [redacted]

Review: I called Bond Limousine and spoke with a woman ([redacted]) to inquire about rates for stretch limo service from [redacted] to [redacted]. I wanted the vehicle to remain at the dinner spot while we ate, and then take all guests to their spot. When I originally called, she quoted me 112.00. I was thrilled. I called back three days later to book the trip. Everything went smoothly, we were out for about 3 hours, but when I saw the charge, it was $406.00, almost triple the price of the quote! I was shocked and so called the company. I explained to the woman, who I soon found out was [redacted] (she said she was the one who helped me) how upset I was and that I was misquoted. She said she never ever would have quoted me 112.00 as that isn't their rate. I understand that, but I was not given the correct information. I was quoted 112 --- not hourly, for the trip, and so I expected to pay that. [redacted] and I were not understanding each other, so I requested to speak to her boss. I also suggested that she listen to the conversation (which she said they do record) so that she could that she quoted me 112. She became harsh and immediately argumentative. She was yelling at me, wouldn't let me speak with her boss, and made me feel as if I was a piece of trash -- not a paying customer. I would have much rather have spoken to her boss in a calm and business-like manner instead of feeling like a scolded child. I am beyond shocked that an operating company like this would have someone like [redacted] man their phones. I love [redacted] county and have never had any issue with a business like this in my life.Desired Settlement: While a refund of the difference between the quote she gave me (112) and the actual charge on my credit card (406) would be ideal, I also would like for this company AND the Revdex.com to know about this situation. I am not a complainer, I have never filed a complaint with the Revdex.com, but this is something that I really think needs to be dealt with.
