Wall to Wall prides itself with our service to our customers.  Each customer order is accompanied with a pre installation checklist. This checklist goes over the merchandise on the order to make sure that it is correct, and also goes over the labor to try to eliminate any misunderstanding, and...

then is signed by the salesperson and the customer.  This was done in this case.On the order it clearly says  that Wall to Wall  would be removing the floor tile but makes no mention of removing the wall tile.  However, in this case there still was a misunderstanding.  I met with the customer at their home.  I explained that the scope of the job was significantly different than what was originally written.  The customer said they knew of another person who could do the installation for them but that they still wanted the materials. So we mutually agreed that they would pay for only the merchandise, and that Wall to Wall would refund to the customer all labor charges, including the labor for work already done.Since that time, Wall to Wall has delivered to the customer's home the remaining merchandise not yet on the jobsite.  Wall to Wall has also mailed a refund check for the labor to the customer.
