Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved becauseI appreciate the reply from BOND [redacted] since they have not responded to my many sincerely concerned & non threatening emails which simply asked to meet in person to discuss how this situation was handled since late DecemberBOND did offer to give me back my $and as I said in my original complaint and many emails to BOND, I was willing to pick my cash refund in person when a bond representative was willing to speak to me in person about how the situation was handled and how to resolve - but did not get a reply until weeks later where my request to meet in person was ignoredThis is obviously a complex situation and I am doing my best to represent all information as accurately and succinctly as possible, and will continue to do so.My claim that I did not get follfrom the Agent was not made prematurelySince I emailed him all my personal and financial data on 12/ [redacted] and asked for him to confirm my application submission in email on 12/*He did not reply to confirm my submission or give me any additional information regarding my applicationAnd as Bond states he could have and should have done so, but did notThen I followed up with him on 12/ [redacted] when I received the obscene image in reply to my application status inquiryAfter which, I replied to John's email immediately asking if the image was intended for me but he did not respond to tell me it was sent in his errorAs Bond states, he was not in a business mind, but he was replying to business emailsHe did not turn off his phone after he sent the image as claimed- because I texted on 12/ [redacted] at 1:52p after replying to his email (because I was worried I was being scammed) where we exchanged texts about the apartment application timing that was not completely clear to meThen he called me at 2:03p and I thought he was calling to tell me information about the apt since I had to make a decision that week or asap - and instead he was talking about what sounded to me was a table at the marqueeI told him he had the wrong number and he told he did notAgain - very unsettlingThen he hung up and I called him back and he told me my application was submitted but not with any sense of confidence that made me trust himSo after that unsettling phone call which followed the unsettling email and confusing text messages - I textd him again and asked for another contact at BOND who could confirm my application was submitted - which is when I called BOND and emailed [redacted] asking to confirm my apt application submission (on 12/ [redacted] at 5:39p) I later found out the application was not in fact submitted because of other applications ahead of mine, but this was never told to me when I was waiting and asking for an update on my applicationThe Apt application communication is a separate topic that also deserves to be addressed.More importantly, lying in the moment of panic is unacceptable and unethicalIf the email was an error and he told me that as soon as he was aware, I would have accepted the apology as I told BOND as wellReceiving a text that the image was a "virus" made it 100% clear to me that I was dealing with a dishonest person who had all my personal and financiail informationThis scared me deeply and still doesI was told to file a police report when I discussed this with my colleagues, but did not because I trusted bond would handle this is a manner that would make me feel confident in my personal and financial security, but they have not done so and their behavior in general continues to be unsettling.Because the agent had an opportunity to tell me it was sent in error when I replied to his email asking if it was intended for me, but chose instead to lie and tell me it was sent as a virus is very unsettling to me In my opinion, he was covering up his actions with a lie instead of being honest of his error - for this reason I did feel it was intentional if you asked me my opinion, but that is besides the factsIf it was sent in error, there was no reason to lie and tell me it was a virusAn error is understandable, lying to cover it up is unethical and unacceptable and incredibly concerning when the person has all your sensitive dataAlso, I never said the image was sent in retaliationI only said the image was sent in a reply to my email asking for an update on my apartment application.I don't appreciate being called hostile in BONDs replyBOND and their agent put me in the most upsetting situation I have ever been in with any company and I was incredibly upset for many reasonsThey don't understand what is feels like to be in this situationAnd it was even more frustrating to speak to [redacted] who said "he didn't mean to do it" and did not understand that that did not matter - he did it and worse he lied and told me it was a virus and he was intrusted with all my personal and financial informationI have every right to be as upset as I was, and would appreciate that it not be labeled as "hostile" and "confrontational" in my tone (are you serious?)You have no idea how it feels to be treated this way and I have every right to speak up and defend myself - especially if I feel it is being taken lightly and being told "he didn't mean to do it." I was furious that I was put in this situation and told a lie by an agent that had all my personal and financial dataMy "adversarial" tone should be understood under these circumstances and I should not have to defend this in addition to everthing else. When I spoke to ***, I asked for an apology for being told the image was sent as a virusI told [redacted] that evening an apology does not resolve the situation I was put in, because it is the truthI never mentioned anything about "settling the score" I am only asking for what I feel is fair for ever having to be put in this situation and having to defend myself against a person who sent me an obscene image and lied to me and was intrusted with all my personal dataI stressed repeatedly that I was concerned that this person had all my personal and financial data - and then my home address was included in the letter that [redacted] signed as an apologyI did complain about my HOME ADDRESS being included in a letter from someone who sent me an obscene imageI do not want him to have any of my data, especially not my home addressYou cannot prove his actions were purely a mistake, so ignoring my serious and sincere concerns is unfairI do not think this is unreasonable to expect this person not to have my personal information, including my home address - and feel it is insensitive for BOND to have my home address listed in the letter he wrote and signed as an apology after expressing this concern repeatedlyThe fact that my home address was noted unnecessarily, also made it clear to me that BOND did not understand how concerned I was with this person having my personal information even after stating it to them various timesFor this reason I also have no confidence in their claims that my personal and financial information is secure after these eventsI did not mention the offer to help me find an apartment with a waived fee, because the apartment is a secondary concern, however also very importantI first asked [redacted] to meet in person to discuss if I was comfortable to continue working with BOND in email on 12/**, but he did not give a time to meet in person to discussOn 12/ [redacted] asked me to let him know when I was coming to pick up my refund so he could be sure [redacted] was not in the office - this did not make me feel very comfortable to be honest and I was not sure how I felt about the offer to help me find an apartment and waive the fee - I replied on 12/ [redacted] in email to [redacted] that I was not sure I was comfortable continuing to work with BOND but wanted to consider what was best since I still needed an apartment after being in this ridiculous situationIt was then I asked [redacted] again on 12/ [redacted] in the following email when he would be free to meet to discuss - in order to determine if I could feel comfortable continuing to work with BOND - and that I would like to meet to discuss in person when I come to pick up my refund, but he did not let me know when he was free to meet in person once againSo I did not pick up my refund I was never told of this timeframed offer noted to find a new apartment (12/**-1/**)I would like to see this timing /agreement in writing since I have endless emails to BOND during that timeframe that were never replied to when I was attempting to communicate with [redacted] to either find an apartment as noted - or to discuss in person how else this can be fairly resolvedBecause I did not know if I would feel comfortable continuing to work with BOND, I was hoping meeting in person to discuss would help me decide the best decision to move forwardI emailed BOND on 12/**, 12/**, 12/**, 12,**, 1/*, and 1/ [redacted] nicely asking to meet in person when I pick up my refund in order to discuss in person the best manner to resolve this and did not get a reply from [redacted] until 1/ [redacted] simply telling me to "pick up my refund" or it can be [redacted] as decided by BOND managementI have reviewed my emails to [redacted] noted above asking nicely to meet in person - they are not at all threatening and I do not appreciate it being referenced as soIf BOND sincerely intended to help me find an apartment and waive the fee during the timeframe they mentioned (12/**-1/**) why did they NEVER reply to my consistent folluntil 1/ [redacted] and then dismiss me telling me to pick up my refund or they will fed ex it? I NEVER rejected BONDs offer, although I did make it clear to them that I was uncomfortable but wanted to discuss in person before decidingAfter which I asked multiple times to meet in person with [redacted] or [redacted] to discuss in person in order to resolve, but was never told a time to meet in personI also let them know on 1/ [redacted] that I was out of town for weeks and would be back in contact afterwards. As for the claim that I was trying to use [redacted] "mistake" for my gain - just shows how insensitively BOND is handing this [redacted] sent me an obscene email of male [redacted] and lied and told me it was a virusHe was intrusted with all my personal and financial data and I was very distraught and did not feel comforted by how BOND was behaving and dismissing this enormous issue as a "mistake" that I was trying to "turn into an opportunity for financial gain " You don't know how scared I was to know that someone who had all my data and home address sent me an image of male [redacted] and told me it was a virus - when any ethical person worth trusting would have been honestI think if this happened to anyone while apartment hunting with a "reputable" company they intrusted with privileged data, they would be incredibly distraught as wellThe fact that BOND believes it was a "mistake" does not make it excusableAnd again, BOND does not know hos true intentions either, so they expect me to accept or assume it was a mistake when my opinion concludes otherwise dud to the fact that he LIED and did not take the opportunity to be honest when he had the chanceso to disregard my concerns is upsettingMy request for compensation included what I believe was fair under the circumstances continuous credit monitoring, the cash value of the brooker fee in lieu of continuing to work together, one months rent for lost time during the hunt.Yes I believe BOND should be liable to some degree for the situation I was put under due to their agents actions, but I did not demand compensation, I requested it - as an alternate option if NO OTHER resolution could be metI have obviously still been exploring other resolutions to this scenario, but was ignored by bond consistently during the timeframe they claim they offered to help me find an apartment when all my non threatening emails asking to meet in person to discuss emaled on 12/**, 12/**, 12/**, 12/**, 1/*, and 1/ [redacted] were not replied to whatsoeverAgain I made no threats to bondI asked consistently to meet in person to discuss the matter since it was not being resolved via emailI also noted I was going to continue until it is resolved fairly - but this is in no way a threat to BONDIt is my right to stand up for myself and expect a fair resolution to this situationPlease let me know how I can forward the mentioned emails that nicely requested to meet in person that were never replied to during the timeframe BOND claims they offered to help me find an apartmentThey did offer to hep me - but they did not hold true on the claim to help me find an apartment from 12/**-1/ [redacted] and did not address the concerns I had that I wanted to address before deciding what was bestAgain, I emailed BOND from 12/**, 12/**-1/ [redacted] nicely and let them know I was out of town from 1/*-1/ [redacted] and followed up again when I was back at the end of JAN - trying to meet in person to discuss the situation and my concerns, but did not get a reply consistent with the help they claimed they offered to me to help me find an apt and waive the fees from 12/**-1/**For this reason this issue has not been resolved In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

email dated 12/**/was a confirmation by HR claiming that my highly sensitive private information and that of my guarantor would be "deleted and eliminated"What was not addressed was the questionable conduct that took place including my private information that was on the sales agent's person overnight in addition to the other questionable transactions with Bond I have already presented to the Revdex.com. [Your Answer Here]
Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved becauseI appreciate the reply from BOND ** since they have not responded to my many sincerely concerned & non threatening emails which simply asked to meet in person to discuss how this situation was handled since late December. BOND did offer to give me back my $100 and as I said in my original complaint and many emails to BOND, I was willing to pick my cash refund in person when a bond representative was willing to speak to me in person about how the situation was handled and how to resolve - but did not get a reply until weeks later where my request to meet in person was ignored. This is obviously a complex situation and I am doing my best to represent all information as accurately and succinctly as possible, and will continue to do so.My claim that I did not get follow-up from the Agent was not made prematurely. Since I emailed him all my personal and financial data on 12/* and asked for him to confirm my application submission in email on 12/*. He did not reply to confirm my submission or give me any additional information regarding my application. And as Bond states he could have and should have done so, but did not. Then I followed up with him on 12/* when I received the obscene image in reply to my application status inquiry. After which, I replied to John's email immediately asking if the image  was intended for me but he did not respond to tell me it was sent in his error. As Bond states, he was not in a business mind, but he was replying to business emails. He did not turn off his phone after he sent the image as claimed- because I texted on 12/* at 1:52p after replying to his email (because I was worried I was being scammed) where we exchanged texts about the apartment application timing that was not completely clear to me. Then he called me at 2:03p and I thought he was calling to tell me information about the apt since  I had to make a decision that week or asap - and instead he was talking about what sounded to me was a table at the marquee. I told him he had the wrong number and he told he did not. Again - very unsettling. Then he hung up and I called him back and he told me my application was submitted but not with any sense of confidence that made me trust him. So after that unsettling phone call which followed the unsettling email and confusing text messages - I textd him again and asked for another contact at BOND who could confirm my application was submitted - which is when I called BOND and emailed [redacted] asking to confirm my apt application submission (on 12/* at 5:39p) I later found out the application was not in fact submitted because of other applications ahead of mine, but this was never told to me when I was waiting and asking for an update on my application. The Apt application communication is a separate topic that also deserves to be addressed.More importantly, lying in the moment of panic is unacceptable and unethical. If the email was an error and he told me that as soon as he was aware, I would have accepted the apology as I told BOND as well. Receiving a text that the image was a "virus" made it 100% clear to me that I was dealing with a dishonest person who had all my personal and financiail  information. This scared me deeply and still does. I was told to file a police report when I discussed this with my colleagues, but did not because I trusted bond would handle this is a manner that would make me feel confident in my personal and financial security, but they have not done so and their behavior in general continues to be unsettling.Because the agent had an opportunity to tell me it was sent in error when I replied to his email asking if it was intended for me, but chose instead to lie and tell me it was sent as a virus is very unsettling to me.  In my opinion, he was covering up his actions with a lie instead of being honest of his error - for this reason I did feel it was intentional if you asked me my opinion, but that is besides the facts. If it was sent in error, there was no reason to lie and tell me it was a virus. An error is understandable, lying to cover it up is unethical and unacceptable and incredibly concerning when the person has all your sensitive data. Also, I never said the image was sent in retaliation. I only said the image was sent in a reply to my email asking for an update on my apartment application.I don't appreciate being called hostile in BONDs reply. BOND and their agent put me in the most upsetting situation I have ever been in with any company and I was incredibly upset for many reasons. They don't understand what is feels like to be in this situation. And it was even more frustrating to speak to [redacted] who said "he didn't mean to do it" and did not understand that that did not matter - he did it and worse he lied and told me it was a virus and he was intrusted with all my personal and financial information. I have every right to be as upset as I was, and would appreciate that it not be labeled as "hostile" and "confrontational" in my tone (are you serious?). You have no idea how it feels to be treated this way and I have every right to speak up and defend myself - especially if I feel it is being taken lightly and being told "he didn't mean to do it." I was furious that I was put in this situation and told a lie by an agent that had all my personal and financial data. My "adversarial" tone should be understood under these circumstances and I should not have to defend this in addition to everthing else. When I spoke to [redacted], I asked for an apology for being told the image was sent as a virus. I told [redacted] that evening an apology does not resolve the situation I was put in, because it is the truth. I never mentioned anything about "settling the score" I am only asking for what I feel is fair for ever having to be put in this situation and having to defend myself against a person who sent me an obscene image and lied to me and was intrusted with all my personal data. I stressed repeatedly that I was concerned that this person had all my personal and financial data - and then my home address was included in the letter that [redacted] signed as an apology. I did complain about my HOME ADDRESS being included in a letter from someone who sent me an obscene image. I do not want him to have any of my data, especially not my home address. You cannot prove his actions were purely a mistake, so ignoring my serious and sincere concerns is unfair. I do not think this is unreasonable to expect this person not to have my personal information, including my home address - and feel it is insensitive for BOND to have my home address listed in the letter he wrote and signed as an apology after expressing this concern repeatedly. The fact that my home address was noted unnecessarily, also made it clear to me that BOND did not understand how concerned I was with this person having my personal information even after stating it to them various times. For this reason I also have no confidence in their claims that my personal and financial information is secure after these events. I did not mention the offer to help me find an apartment with a waived fee, because the apartment is a secondary concern, however also very important. I first asked [redacted] to meet in person to discuss if I was comfortable to continue working with BOND in email on 12/**, but he did not give a time to meet in person to discuss. On 12/[redacted] asked me to let him know when I was coming to pick up my refund so he could be sure [redacted] was not in the office - this did not make me feel very comfortable to be honest and I was not sure how I felt  about the offer to help me find an apartment and waive the fee - I replied on 12/** in email to [redacted] that I was not sure I was comfortable continuing to work with BOND but wanted to consider what was best since I still needed an apartment after being in this ridiculous situation. It was then I asked [redacted] again on 12/** in the following email when he would be free to meet to discuss - in order to determine if I could feel comfortable continuing to work with BOND - and that I would like to meet to discuss in person when i come to pick up my refund, but he did not let me know when he was free to meet in person once again. So I did not pick up my refund.  I was never told of this timeframed offer noted to find a new apartment (12/**-1/**). I would like to see this timing /agreement in writing since I have endless emails to BOND during that timeframe that were never replied to when I was attempting to communicate with [redacted] to either find an apartment as noted - or to discuss in person how else this can be fairly resolved. Because I did not know if I would feel comfortable continuing to work with BOND, I was hoping meeting in person to discuss would help me decide the best decision to move forward. I emailed BOND on 12/**, 12/**, 12/**, 12,**, 1/*, and 1/* nicely asking to meet in person when I pick up my refund in order to discuss in person the best manner to resolve this and did not get a reply from [redacted] until 1/* simply telling me to 1. "pick up my refund" or 2 it can be [redacted] as decided by BOND management. I have reviewed my emails to [redacted] noted above asking nicely to meet in person - they are not at all threatening and I do not appreciate it being referenced as so. If BOND sincerely intended to help me find an apartment and waive the fee during the timeframe they mentioned (12/**-1/**) why did they NEVER reply to my consistent follow-up until 1/* and then dismiss me telling me to pick up my refund or they will fed ex it? I NEVER rejected BONDs offer, although I did make it clear to them that I was uncomfortable but wanted to discuss in person before deciding. After which I asked multiple times to meet in person with [redacted] or [redacted] to discuss in person in order to resolve, but was never told a time to meet in person. I also let them know on 1/* that I was out of town for 2 weeks and would be back in contact afterwards. As for the claim that I was trying to use [redacted] "mistake" for my gain - just shows how insensitively BOND is handing this. [redacted] sent me an obscene email of male [redacted] and lied and told me it was a virus. He was intrusted with all my personal and financial data and I was very distraught and did not feel comforted by how BOND was behaving and dismissing this enormous issue as a "mistake" that I was trying to "turn into an opportunity for financial gain " You don't know how scared I was to know that someone who had all my data and home address sent me an image of male [redacted] and told me it was a virus - when any ethical person worth trusting would have been honest. I think if this happened to anyone while apartment hunting with a "reputable" company they intrusted with privileged data, they would be incredibly distraught as well. The fact that BOND believes it was a "mistake" does not make it excusable. And again, BOND does not know hos true intentions either, so they expect me to accept or assume it was a  mistake when my opinion concludes otherwise dud to the fact that he LIED and did not take the opportunity to be honest when he had the chance. so to disregard my concerns is upsetting. My request for compensation included what I believe was fair under the circumstances continuous credit monitoring, the cash value of the brooker fee in lieu of continuing to work together, one months rent for lost time during the hunt.Yes I believe BOND should be liable to some degree for the situation I was put under due to their agents actions, but I did not demand compensation, I requested it - as an alternate option if NO OTHER resolution could be met. I have obviously still been exploring other resolutions to this scenario, but was ignored by bond consistently during the timeframe they claim they offered to help me find an apartment when all my non threatening emails asking to meet in person to discuss emaled on 12/**, 12/**, 12/**, 12/**, 1/*, and 1/* were not replied to whatsoever. Again I made no threats to bond. I asked consistently to meet in person to discuss the matter since it was not being resolved via email. I also noted I was going to continue until it is resolved fairly - but this is in no way a threat to BOND. It is my right to stand up for myself and expect a fair resolution to this situation. Please let me know how I can forward the mentioned emails that nicely requested to meet in person that were never replied to during the timeframe BOND claims they offered to help me find an apartment. They did offer to hep me - but they did not hold true on the claim to help me find an apartment from 12/**-1/** and did not address the concerns I had that I wanted to address before deciding what was best. Again, I emailed BOND from 12/**, 12/**-1/* nicely and let them know I was out of town from 1/*-1/** and followed up again when I was back at the end of JAN - trying to meet in person to discuss the situation and my concerns, but did not get a reply consistent with the help they claimed they offered to me to help me find an apt and waive the fees from 12/**-1/**. For this reason this issue has not been resolved

In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

[redacted] worked with [redacted], a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson working in the capacity of independent contractor under the supervision of BOND New York Properties. Before she submitted...

her rental application, [redacted] advised [redacted] that the management company to whom she was applying regularly accepted applications from multiple consumers before deciding which customer was most financially qualified to be offered a lease. He further noted that the management company often requires more than a week to respond to an application, and she should be prepared to wait longer than would usually be expected for a formal response from management. [redacted]'s claim that she had not gotten follow-up is made prematurely, as [redacted] had managed her expectations about a lengthy response time from the landlord. As it turns out, the landlord had, indeed, received multiple applications, and [redacted] had been advised to wait to see whether an application the landlord preferred would result in a lease signing before releasing other waiting applicants, including [redacted]. [redacted] has acknowledged that he could have notified [redacted] of this status, and we agree that he should have done so. When [redacted] emailed [redacted] seeking an update on her application, [redacted] inadvertently responded to her message by sending an obscene and unprofessional photo, which he thought he was sending to a personal friend of his in jest. [redacted] was out of town on vacation, and he was not in a business mind. Immediately after sending the inappropriate image, he turned his phone off and went to bed and slept for the next nine hours. When he awoke and discovered the error, he texted [redacted], said he was sorry, and he made an excuse in a moment of panic, blaming a virus on his phone. [redacted] lied to cover up his mistake because he was mortified and embarrassed. He knew he had made a serious customer service error. [redacted] notes in her complaint that [redacted] sent the image intentionally - somehow in retaliation for her inquiry about the application status. She cannot know [redacted]'s motivations, intentional or not, for sending the image. In our discussions with him, he has insisted that he only intended to send the image to a friend of his, and he thought he had done so. Sending the image to [redacted] was an incredible error and nothing more. It was at this point, on December *, 2014, that BOND received [redacted]'s original complaint, in which she demanded to be compensated because of the sequence of events. We immediately committed to holding an internal investigation of the matter, but because [redacted] was out of town, we had to wait one additional day for his return before we could interview him about what had occurred. Within two business days of her complaint, BOND's [redacted], [redacted], phoned [redacted] to discuss the matter and to advise her of BOND's findings from its investigation. His phone call began with an apology for the unusual and extremely inappropriate communication with a BOND agent. During the phone call, [redacted] has hostile, confrontational, aggressive and extremely adversarial in her tone and conversation. [redacted] offered to have the agent issue a formal written apology, and [redacted] agreed that she would like to receive an apology b y the next day. By midday the following day, December **, 2014, [redacted] had written and signed a formal apology, a copy of which is attached to this response. [redacted] received the apology and proceeded to email BOND's management critiquing the apology and complaining that it had been addressed to her home address. She demanded that BOND do more to settle the score. In the name of good customer relations, BOND offered to assign [redacted] to a different real estate agent to help her find a new apartment and it offered to waive all of its professional fees for the period December **, 2014 through January **, 2015 (providing twice the typical time frame most consumers take to identify and lease a new apartment). We offered to get her an apartment for free during the coming six week period. [redacted] requested to know which agent she might work with, and we sent her credentials of a very well heeled, experienced and professional agent, and we never received a response from [redacted] about this. In fact, she let us know that she was not comfortable working with BOND, and that she wanted us instead to compensate her personally in the amount of $9,212 because of this unpleasant matter. At this point, the complaint changed from a customer relations issue to an adversarial and litigious one, where it became clear that [redacted] sought t o turn [redacted]'s mistake into an opportunity for her financial gain. We were advised by our legal counsel not to engage further with [redacted]. We let our offer stand to assist [redacted] for free, up until January **, 2015. She continued to send frequent angry and threatening emails to BOND's management, and we tried on a few occasions to refund the $100 application fee she had paid to BOND. [redacted] even made an appointment to come to our office to pick up her refund, but she failed to show up at the appointed time. We notified [redacted] in a few emails that she was welcome to accept our offer or to collect her $100 refund, and that those were the options we had available to her. In her complaint, [redacted] failed to mention BOND's offer to balance [redacted]'s lack of good judgment and professionalism by waiving our broker fees for her apartment search, and she failed to mention that we have tried to refund her application fee in good faith. We disagree with her charges that we have treated her unfairly or unethically. BOND quickly acted to investigate her claim and offered a reasonable resolution to make the error right. After her repeated and continuous hostile emails, and after the expiration of our offer on January **, we have made ourselves clear that we will not pay over $9,000 in damages or consider the matter further. For the record, [redacted]'s association with BOND New York has been terminated subsequent to BOND's strong reprimand of how he handled himself in this situation. BOND New York acknowledges that [redacted]'s sending of an inappropriate image to a customer and lying to cover up his poor judgment represents unacceptable behavior from any vendor, and we regret that [redacted] experienced any stress as a result of his actions. We have apologized, both verbally and formally in writing, and we attempted to make up for the terrible occurrence by offering to work for [redacted] for free. Our offer was rejected by [redacted], and she revealed she had another personal motive to collect cash damages from BOND. We cannot consider her proposal, and we believe that we have made our best effort to correct [redacted]'s error. Thank you

Review: I wanted to discuss a serious and unethical matter I was subjected to during my apartment hunt with BOND NY that began on 12.*.14 with a Bond NY agent. I had applied for a rent stabilized apartment and submitted all application documentation with all personal and financial data, but received no follow-up on the status on my application days after submission. When I emailed to confirm any status on the apartment, I was sent an obscene image of male [redacted] and a Turkey drawing attached in reply to my email request. (I have this email thread and can forward it as evidence as needed)Immediately upon receiving this email I replied asking if it was intended for me, but did not get a response or apology for the obscene image. I forwarded the email that evening to [redacted] and another BOND associate in order to file a serious compliant since this person had all my personal and financial data and I felt I was being scammed. The following day, I received a text from the Agent, apologizing for the image that he claimed was sent as a "virus." Later after I complained to BOND and he recanted in a written apology for lying that the image was sent as a virus and for sending the image in his "error". But, I believe the obscene image was intentionally emailed to me in reply to my email asking for an update on my apartment application. Since then I have asked for weeks to meet with a BOND representative in person when I pick up my refund at the BOND office in order to discuss my concerns about this situation and how it has been handled - but my requests have been completely ignored. I believe BOND management has failed in handling this matter fairly when they ignored my request to speak to a BOND rep in person about the matter since I was victimized by their agent and company and then just brushed aside and ignored. I also asked for an update on how your agent was reprimanded for his unethical behaviour and his decision to lie to cover his actions but have also been completely ignored.Desired Settlement: I would like to meet with BOND management in person to discuss how best this scenario can be resolved under the unique circumstances, I am not sure what is the correct resolution, but know being ignored when I asked for weeks to meet in person to discuss my concerns in unacceptable business practices. They should do everything in their power to resolve this in a manner that makes the unfair and unethical situation right. If no resolution can be derived, I believe BOND should be held responsible

Response:

[redacted] worked with [redacted], a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson working in the capacity of independent contractor under the supervision of BOND New York Properties. Before she submitted her rental application, [redacted] advised [redacted] that the management company to whom she was applying regularly accepted applications from multiple consumers before deciding which customer was most financially qualified to be offered a lease. As it turns out, the landlord had, indeed, received multiple applications, and [redacted] had been advised to wait to see whether an application the landlord preferred would result in a lease signing before releasing other waiting applicants, including [redacted] has acknowledged that he could have notified [redacted] of this status, and we agree that he should have done so. Within two business days of her complaint, BOND's [redacted], phoned [redacted] to discuss the matter and to advise her of BOND's findings from its investigation. Thank you

[Your Answer Here]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved becauseI appreciate the reply from BOND ** since they have not responded to my many sincerely concerned & non threatening emails which simply asked to meet in person to discuss how this situation was handled since late December.
