I am rejecting this response because: The actual warranty at the time of purchase excluded damages caused by "extreme weather"The wording was changed after the purchaseThe product was discontinued after the purchaseI asked concrete questions that were not answered: Was the product discontinued because was designed bad and was considered a hazard? Do you still use the plastic connector in your gazebos?This sounds like broken record: "no warranty, no warranty, no warranty ...."Am I waisting my time here?

Today I called and they said it would take 5-7 weeks for my part to come. I did receive the net on the 29th of May. I can not use the Gazebo and if I have a 5 year warranty on the product and the time frame for parts take this long I demand a refund. I paid too much money to have to go threw this. I told the company that I need this product before June 25th on May 4th for my son Graduation. I was promised that it would be here before then. I just want my money. I have to borrow money to get another one before Saturday. The wait time is awful, unless they have my phone number programed 45 minutes to and hour max wait time. Also on June 6th the company told BBB that everything was taken care of. Its not. today is the 21st and the parts are still not here. I just want my money. attached is the original receipts for the item and they also have a copy. Please help me get my money from this company. I ask for this on my 2nd and Its to stressful to have to go threw this the next time I would need parts. I need my money to repay for the new gazebo I need for Saturday. #when we talk with this costumer we tell her this item is not under warranty anymore because she purchase in and is only year warranty from the factory

weather problem like what happen with this costumer is not cover for the factory warranty
#What we do with costumer's with this problems is send email's to the factory to see what we can do or how we can help costumer's like ''*** ***''
#And What we can do with this costumer is we will give her a really good price for their panel'sBecause the only way to get this panel's is PURCHASE

Company allegations that they told me that this item was not under warranty is falseWhen I sent them an email back on 4/28/they told me they were going to contact the manufacture, and get back to meI never received an answerI sent them another email a month later, and again another month past and no answerWhen I called them again end of June they told me that if they didn't call me is because the factory was not replacing the panelsIf I didn't call them several time, I would not find out what was going onFurthermore, they did not offer me to purchase the panels, nor they offer me a good priceThe bottom line is that I have a gazebo, for which I paid almost $900.00, with manufacture papers which clearly state that the gazebo has a years warranty, and that finally, I will have not choice but to throw it in the garbage because is useless

Sorry but if you not read the warranty information from our owners manual ? is not our fail, sorry but we dont caver nothing under warranty for items discontinued and any item damage for weather issues
