bought house august garage floor has over ft cracks in it cement between cider blocks falling out of walls said my claim was denied nobody ever came out looked at it builder wont fix it and warranty company wont either trying tell me feet of cracks model same floor plan doesnt have this issue my understanding from cement people is and from engineer dirt under cement wasnr compressed enough before laid out concrete thats why floors cracking all over before pay attorney fees and also let other people know workman ship adam homes is doing not fair publicCement people state should crack that much mos old house it is lousy workmanship

I purchased my home in November of I have a year structural damage warranty with the above listed company My ceiling began to crack along the entire length and has spread in width The builder sent a representative to look at it and he informed me about our structural warranty and advised me to keep an eye on how wide the crack spread I contacted the warranty company who scheduled an independent inspection on the property and I was informed by the inspector that I had a right to the report I recently received a denial notice to my warranty claimI contacted the warranty company to obtain a copy of the report in which they refused When I informed them of my right to obtain a copy of the report and questioned the substantiation of the denial I was told I would be contacted to let me know if they could release the report to me The entire situation screams foul play on

On 6/3/2014, I had warranty coverage for my home through Bonded Builders Warranty Group - Enrollment fee - $ This warranty coverage includes a year structural warranty On Aug 1, I filed a case online for a post tension cable repair on the foundation in the rear of the house BBWG sent a letter dated Aug 2, with case noGXXXXX and cc to Stylecraft Builders, Inc BBWG scheduled Ready Cable to come for the repair Ready Cable arrived and informed me that they were not going to be able to do the repair that day because both sides of the house's foundation need to be accessed The opposite side of the tension cable is our driveway and I was informed that part of the driveway would need to be removed to complete the repair At this point, we "got the run around" - BBWG telling us that Ready Cable was the causing t

We initiated our warranty request on 7/23/Not one person has called since we submitted our claimWe called multiple times on 7/25, 7/and 7/to request call back and no luckOn 7/31, we contacted customer service again and spoke with Jason who said if all of your exterior stones fell off your house it will not be coveredHe stated they only cover load bearing issuesI told him multiple times that the front door and a piece of the wood floor by the door had to be replaced in the pastHe doesn't have a clue because those are signs of load bearing issues in eluding the stones crackingI've been ignored and treated bad by Jason and nobody above him all the way up to the CEO refuses to return my phone calls
