Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: To say they could not find my contract jacket is just ridiculous Julie has told me herself it is filed by the address She just did not want to look for the paperwork I called back the next day to make sure she had the correct name, that she herself was supposed to fix over a year ago and did not She then told me I was harassing her All I was trying to do was to make sure she had accurate information The three dates they are referring to they did send someone out He fixed one side wall He had no information on the back wall, which I definitely called about That was July All he did was cut a hole in the wall He then told me it needed to be redone and it was under their Lifetime Guarantee but could not do it at that time In March and July they did absolutely nothing The gap has been kept clean The dirt and water come in from the outside through the drain and all over my basement floor Why on earth would I not keep the gap clean? If properly installed, the system would do what it is supposed to do and keep water out of the basement Which is why I paid for their Lifetime Guarantee They did not install any type of clean out To say they are in the business of making people happy is irrelevant and untrue They are in business of keeping basements dry, which they guarantee There is even more back up since I started calling them in They need to redo their LIFETIME GAUANTEED system at their cost which the LIFETIME GUARANTEE states They should not just clean the system and say it will be the last time I have had items ruined and property damaged I have to take time off of work This is not the first time or in the same place the system has flooded my basement If they are going to claim to have a LIFETIME GUARANTEE then they need to back it up Their own employee told me they needed to redo it and it would be covered under their LIFETME GUARANTEE Please note to this date they have not contacted me Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Regards, [redacted] ***

Review: Had a French drain installed. Bonded has a lifetime warranty. This system over the years has numerous problems. I have contacted them on several occasions. They woman always tell me someone will call me back, yet they never do. I have a call into them since Monday waiting. I then sent an email through their website and still no replay as my basement floods causing damage that is under warranty. The woman who answers is downright rude and it's frustrating call. She's made personal insults to me about my two marriages.Desired Settlement: All I want it them to replace and repair the system
