Good Day,When we complete our diagnostic process and determine a customers hard drive is corrupted, we preempt our customers on the different out comes of the data recovery process and that it may take two recoveries to recover all information and hopefully the files she is seeking is not in one of those corrupted sectorsNormally after the first data recovery process we have the customer come in and verify all information expected has been extracted, After performing the first data recovery and installing and activating [redacted] and transferring the content recovered with a few free extra Activated software: [redacted] and a program that helps with PC performance and system optimization [redacted] came and picked up her laptop stating on her way out it looks like everything is there, she called next day about missing files and luckily she had back-ups of them at homeWe made it clear that if anything is missing to please stop in and we would perform a second data recovery FREE of charge we want to make sure she doesn't lose any documents, in which she began acting irate on the phone demanding a refundShe was given the same information any customer requesting a refund, please forward your concerns to [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:
I was informed that *** *** had been corruptedI was further informed that all my files and documents would be backed up and transferred back to my computer and would be in the same locationsI picked up my computer with the understanding that work was completedIt was when I got to work I noticed all my research files were missingThe computer technician made a mistake and forgot to back up "My Documents" folderBecause of this I lost all my most recent data I had collected in my research jobI was able to recover some of the data from my own backup on an external hard driveIt was then that I called and asked for a refund.The job I paid for included having ALL of my data returned to it's proper placeIt was not due to negligence on one of the employeesI refuse to pay full price for a job that was not performed correctlyI called the company to inform them that I was displeased with the service and wanted a refundI have been offered to have the lost data recovered however because of the incompetence of the employees I do not want any further work on the computerI was given the email of the company to discuss refunding, it was then that Gregory rudely informed me he didn't think I deserved a refundIt was then that I argued I didn't think it was fair to be expected to pay when they job was not performed properly. In conclusion the business was incompetent, and unprofessionalIn my opinion this is fair grounds for a refund
