I am unable to help this customer without looking at the vehicleWe asked her to bring it in so we could check the filter and drain plug but she refusedShe lives less than mile from hereHer phone complaint to us never mentioned oil smellShe stated it was making a noise when she started it and but then it stopped

Car problem's and diagnostics can become very difficult at timesWe replaced spark plugs on this vehicle, which is similar to replacing light bulbsThe vehicle did have a misfire a few days laterWe assumed the ignition coil on top of the spark plug in question was the problemThe coil
creates the voltage for the spark plug to workIt was the only other part we touched on the misfiring cylinderWe replaced the coil for freeIt seemed to work, however a couple days later the check engine light came back onWe then removed the newly replaced coil to a different place and put a known good coil from a different cylinder onto the problem cylinderThat didn't change the misfire problem eitherAlso the plug looked fine visuallyAt this point everything we got involved with has been replaced newThere are other reasons a cylinder can misfire outside of what we got involved with, iefuel injector, intake or exhaust valve, computer problem etc. We are willing to replace all the spark plugs again for free, as it is possible one was defectiveIf replacing the spark plugs twice and replacing the coil twice does not fix the problem, the issue with the check engine light is caused by something we weren't involved with.At times a problem can occur coincidentallyFor example an oil change shop changes oil and hour later the check engine light comes onIt seems like it's their fault because they just worked on itMost likely it is not the oil change that caused the issue.We would like to replace all spark plugs again as a warranty item to be sure the plug wasn't internally defectiveIf that does not fix the issue, the problem with the cylinder misfire is coincidentally something we did not cause.*** ***Midas Florin Road

I don't know what she is referring to. Even if the oil cap was left off it wouldn't do anything to the motor except splash a small quantity of oil under the hood. There is no possible way 5 qts of oil came out of her car through the oil cap.

I am rejecting this response because:this manger really need to know how to speak with concernd of her customer Now there was no problem with my car at all they drove my car to check my brakes also if it was anything wrong with my car they would have let me know as business mechanic. she still saying what you think we did not do and every time it is something different .Stop being do defense and try to figure out the problem As I s[redacted]d you guys did or did not do something figure out your mistake so another customers would not suffer a lost like I did strop trying to have an attitude she was rude when I went in her business rude when I call her on the phone and the way she is using her words she still being rude.
