Bone & Joint Physicians

I’ve been a patient at Bone & Joint since I’m was patient of Dr*** .L
My last appt was in Dec, 2days before my appt the nurse called and said that the Dr was leaving the practice and if I wanted to see him I needed to come in the next dayThe appt was made for the next day but I was unable to make it so I didn’t see himHe’s now with another medical groupI’m still his patient but I need my medical records.I’ve been trying to contact someone at bone & joint but I’ve been unsuccessful The phone rings you get the voice prompt but no one ever answersI really really need my MEDICAL Records but since no one answers what can I do
I need help with getting my records

I was a paitent of Dr*** *** with Bone and Joint Physcians since I was notifed in late December that Dr*** was leaving this practice to go to Primary Health Care Associates Orthopedics group I made an appointment with Dr*** at his new practice for Thursday Jan4th and I sent a letter to Bone and Joint Physicians requesting all my medical records be transferred to Dr*** new practice and I was informed by his new practice that they were not being sent over and that Bone and Joint Physicians were non compliant with sending over most if not all of his former patients records
This is very irresponsible to refuse to send any medical records over These records are needed to ensure that I get the most appropriate care for my medical conditions
