Even though I never used Watermark Plumbing before, they rose to the occasion and came out quickly to help me in an emergency situation *** was very knowledgeable, thorough, courteous and personableHe did an excellent job! I highly recommend him and Watermark Plumbing!
Watermark Plumbing is the only company I will call for all my plumbing needs!! \r\nAs a single mother I have to be extremely cautious of who I can trust to do repairs.....will I be treated fairly? will they take the time to explain exactly what is wrong and give me the best options on how to deal with the problem? will they do the work in a timely manner and be fair with the price of their labor, parts, and service? \r\n\r\nThe owners and employees of Watermark Plumbing were absolutely incredible! They patiently answered my many questions in terminology I could completely understand. Then showed me exactly what the labor and parts would be and why. They took care of what immediately needed to be done and then WENT THE EXTRA MILE by graciously taking care of a seemingly minor, but very irritating plumbing problem that I thought would have to wait until later, and they did it at no charge! \r\n\r\nI\'ve told everyone, and especially my friends who are also single moms that I found Watermark Plumbing, a company worthy of our trust!
We called and scheduled an appointment for a water leak for our upstairs bathtub on 8/15 - in less than 24 hours Watermark was out and had diagnosed and provided an estimated and repaired our problem. The leaking tub upstairs had faulty seals and needed a face-plate replaced and lift and turn replaced with new seals. With these repairs done at a very affordable rate we no longer had a leak and our problem was solved. Taylor our technician was honest, professional and on-time. We will use Watermark again and certainly refer them to friends and family with plumbing needs.

Wow! Worst price gauging I've ever seen or heard of! Called this company to repair a leaking pipe and water heater. Got bamboozled on their pricing and so called "overhead" expense according to the owner who found it better business practice to threaten to put my house on a lien rather than working with me on the price. I understand there are labor costs involved but for a water heater that costs 600 and some copper piping that costs maybe 300...a $3000 bill is outrageous! Company owner was rude and clearly isn't concerned about his customers satisfaction. Buyer BEWARE!!!!
