We called and scheduled an appointment for a water leak for our upstairs bathtub on 8/- in less than hours Watermark was out and had diagnosed and provided an estimated and repaired our problemThe leaking tub upstairs had faulty seals and needed a face-plate replaced and lift and turn replaced with new sealsWith these repairs done at a very affordable rate we no longer had a leak and our problem was solvedTaylor our technician was honest, professional and on-timeWe will use Watermark again and certainly refer them to friends and family with plumbing needs

Watermark Plumbing is the only company I will call for all my plumbing needs!! \r\nAs a single mother I have to be extremely cautious of who I can trust to do repairs.....will I be treated fairly? will they take the time to explain exactly what is wrong and give me the best options on how to deal with the problem? will they do the work in a timely manner and be fair with the price of their labor, parts, and service? \r\n\r\nThe owners and employees of Watermark Plumbing were absolutely incredible! They patiently answered my many questions in terminology I could completely understandThen showed me exactly what the labor and parts would be and whyThey took care of what immediately needed to be done and then WENT THE EXTRA MILE by graciously taking care of a seemingly minor, but very irritating plumbing problem that I thought would have to wait until later, and they did it at no charge! \r\n\r\nI\'ve told everyone, and especially my friends who are also single moms that I found Watermark Plumbing, a company worthy of our trust!

Wow! Worst price gauging I've ever seen or heard of! Called this company to repair a leaking pipe and water heaterGot bamboozled on their pricing and so called "overhead" expense according to the owner who found it better business practice to threaten to put my house on a lien rather than working with me on the priceI understand there are labor costs involved but for a water heater that costs and some copper piping that costs maybe 300...a $bill is outrageous! Company owner was rude and clearly isn't concerned about his customers satisfactionBuyer BEWARE!!!!

Great, friendly service Answered all my questions and provided honest opinions in regard to future repair opportunities without pushing more work during the initial visitation
