Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. So she clearly is a thief and her business needs to be closed down as the $was never returned she has our money and has stolen it.What am I missing here? She admits she has our money and unless I am missing something has not indicated that she has any intention of returning it.I will accept her keeping the $ deposit but insist we are refunded the money she has stolen($955)

This will be my final response to this matter .. First and foremost the Harassment must end. It is a crime and will be prosecuted if it does not end. This is my final offer to resolve this matter. The purchase price of the puppy was $800 total. ($200 deposit and $600 final payment) Your claim that you never received a contract is false, how else would you know the puppy had to be paid for by it's 8 week birthday. A puppy is not you can purchase and then change your mind or return because you have 2nd thoughts. We were able to find a new loving home for your puppy, however we had expenses to re-advertise it and had to lower the price from $800 - to $500. We also incurred expenses, as explained by holding the puppy past it's 8 week birthday for your vacation. The puppy had a 2nd vet visit and 2nd set of shots. We offered you a different puppy initially even with the additional costs I have described. As far as the "tails" issue goes, how do you think breeds that do not have a tail get that way? There are certain breeds for various health reasons that their tails are "docked" within the first 5 days of being born. Not to belay the issue but again opening a paypal account is free and may of even offered you some additional protections. This is my offer:If you stop harassing us with random text messages and phone calls and withdraw any and all complaints with the Revdex.com and/or any other agency, remove your slanderous review on Bones Kennels [redacted] page I will refund:$500 (What we were able to "re-sell" the puppy for)$200 Shipping fess$155 in vet bills incurred by holding your puppyBones Kennels hereby withdraws the offer of an "exchange animal" and admits no wrong doing in this Action. Again this is my final offer and if the harassment continues we will file charges with your local law enforcement agency. You will be free to file whatever civil claim in a court of competent jurisdiction. Thank you,Frank [redacted]Bones Kennels

A deposit of $200 was placed on a Yorkie Poo when she was a baby. This puppy was out of my larger Mini Poodle Anna. They were looking for a larger Yorkie Poo. These puppies are usually about 10 lbs...can reach 12 lbs. The $200 was sent by mail, next day air in cash. I'm not sure where they are...

getting $300. We have taken a $300 deposit. They had remained pleasant throughout the time frame. As per our contract, a puppy needs to be paid in full on his/her 8th week bday. They knew of this and sent a check for $955. This was to cover the balance of $600 on the puppy, airline fees plus extra shots and health papers she would need to fly to Florida. When the little Yorkie poo [redacted] started getting close to 8 weeks, I received several calls and texts regarding the puppy. Not only about size. It appeared to me they were having second thoughts. The puppy was being held past 8 weeks for them. Older puppies do not sell as well as a younger one. When they told me that they no longer wanted her because their friend had a Yorkie Poo that was 18 lbs and this puppy was going to be smaller. I estimated 8 lbs at least. Not saying she wouldn't make the 10 lbs mark. I was a bit surprised. 1. They were asking a lot of questions towards the end. Usually this results in buyers remorse. 2. 18 lbs for that breed of dog is very large! I had discussed size with them from early on. I was even forthcoming that this puppy may be under 10 lbs. I was told by them not to worry about it. They were going to look into a larger breed of dog. At this time sent them info as to when I would be having more litters. Originally, they were going to take another puppy from another litter that was larger. Now I get that I stole their money. If they would have been nicer about it and not tried to change what the agreement was I would have been responsive to what they needed. However, I ended up selling the Yorkie Poo for only $500...not $800. I believe this was buyers remorse. I don't know why they said they wanted a larger dog later on then changed their mines. Since then they have texted and called me at all hours of the day and night. Which is a form of harassment. I believe they should have gone about their situation differently. You catch more bees with honey. Not calling and texting someone non stop and calling them a theft. I don't have issues with people who have bought my puppies. I am very well linked by my clients. Not sure what happened here. I am not a mean or vengeful person. $200 was the deposit amount. Deposits are nonrefundable. Once again not sure where they are getting $300. In all the years of breeding dogs I have never had someone so upset to want someone arrested. I know this is not probable in any case. Unclear of how to proceed.
