Review: Business failed to cancel their auto-draft payment process upon my cancellation of membership/services, resulting in 2 charges of $175 each (totaling $350 before they could get their bank to stop the auto-draft). Business has agreed to repay, however has repeatedly failed to follow through and refund my money.Desired Settlement: Business has stated they would mail me a check for the funds due. I am looking to receive a $350 check by mail for the funds due to me.
