First of all, My name is [redacted] , not [redacted] I am not recently divorced and do not have two teen aged childreni do have two young daughters though, who have had to live this stressful situation with meSecond, I have? the original receipt with both of our initials on it where payment was made (NOT the one you just made up and sent)I also have all of the texts as well as dates and times of calls made, trying to contact youYou never once respondedI had a third party who happens to have a close? acquaintance of [redacted] relay my information to him and he called me? immediatelystill, nothing was resolved.? I also meant to mention I called [redacted] ? auto parts shop in kaneohe to confirm what you purchased and? didn't purchase for my car- they will have in their computer system, under the name, what was bought on the date before and the day of my car being "fixed" by you ? not what I paid forafter about a week and half of trying to get this handled,? ? I went to the shop in person, In doing so, the owner contacted you and you answered (finally) and were caught in multiple liesThe owner himself told me about your history and drug use and so onI asked him why would he let someone who was into drugs, work on vehicles at his shop? He was apologetic and explained you guys were neighbors and how you used to work for him but he had to let you go bc of drugs (and you went to jail) and now you are slowly starting to pick up work again at his shop but he also told me there was nothing he could do and apologized againfortunately, I do not keep this kind of company and have honestly never been exposed to this "lifestyle" of drugs and the things that come with it, so I was completely unaware of what I was dealing withi explained that to the shop owner and told him I dropped my car off at his shop and picked it up at his shop, so the shop is responsible he apologized again and again said there was nothing he could doAlso, after my car sat at a? mechanics for days I finally had my car towed to the [redacted] ? dealership where they did a full diagnosisMy fuel pump is fine (as you mentioned it possibly wasn't?) as is everything else- except for what you did do to my? vehicle which was poke holes in the? censors, NOT replace any parts or the sensors- which I paid for and are still sitting in my car bc you never even put them in(i also have a full thing of power steering fluid? siting in my car bc you never flushed the system even though I paid for that too) Did I mention I was in a rental for for days? that was an additional $i have all receipts and papers to show for- from you, tow company, mechanic and dealershipat this point in time I am asking for a full refund from you and I will handle everything else to avoid further stress from this situation bc I just want it all behind meshould this not be possible I will be pursuing this through the shop and you- asking for compensation from both you/shop, lost wages, rental car fees, towing fees, sitting fees and dealership diagnosis fees as well as compensation for the stress you have causedthis? isn't up for anymore discussion as it has taken up enough of my time alreadyyou can send payment to [redacted] thank you.? Dear Sirs;It has collle to my attention that a young woman, a Mrs. [redacted], rited a complaint, # [redacted] with your office.In her allegations of fraud and misuse of monies she paid myself for partll and services upon her [redacted], Mrs. [redacted] has grossly mistaken and wrongfully...

placed blame and responsibility. By indicating a persons and his business that in no way or fonn was responsible to nor obligation, for an agreed upon temporary repair service that I had performed on her malfunctioning vehicle, a [redacted].As a semi-retired mechanic and the stay at home dad of two young children I offered to help her after leltrning as she Indicated to my persons that she was struggling financially· being recently divorced, a single parent in charge of two teen aged children.I was asked to help diagnose symptoms of extreme power loss and the Infrequent stalling of Mrs. [redacted]'s [redacted]. During my diagnostic approach that possibly indicated a failing fuel pump, I found the exhaust system to be completely and irrevocably "clogged" due to failed catalytic convertors. Only trying to help, I gave her the options to either (1) spend well upwards of a thousand dollars for a completely new entire exhaust system or, (21To save money by allowing myself to perform a somewhat temporary procedure that would immediately remedy an obvious problem first and then [we) would be able to pursue any secondary faults or malfunction still evident by and, through the process of elimination to and of which Mrs. [redacted] agreed. This options cost was substantially lower at a total of $280 for parts and$300 labor, not a penny more. Mn. [redacted]'s claim of this procedure costing upwards of $1250 is verifiably incorrect and an absolute untruth.Not being able to perform such a procedure at my residence, I rented a stall. to work in from a local business nearby in the area. The location in which the services were performed was a provisional place to work and in no way or form did the owner have any knowledge of, connection. to or, any obligatory repair duties nor fiduciary duty to Mrs. [redacted] of whom I was trying to help.Please acknowledge and readjust the direction of Mrs. [redacted]'s complaint to myself for dispute to; [redacted]
