No phone # on their website. I am beginning to believe this company is a scam. Love the watch, but would love it even more if it worked, or at least someone would offer some service.

could you tell me more about how you got the watch, where, who sold it to you and what they told you / warranty
The "CEO" Jay Arora has his head in the clouds. He offers to meet to exchange a faulty product but doesn't show up. He takes months to answer texts, doesn't answer phone calls or emails at all. He deletes and blocks people on social media for trying to ask for help. He also edits his website when complains come in to reflect their 'new' warranty/return policy. ***
The product themselves are really nice but don't last more than a month. I'm not sure how or why someone can sleep at night taking advantage of people wanting to support a small, local business. ***
Overall: nice looking watches, terrible service, zero reliability.
