Bonilla Finishing

Review: The work on my kitchen and contract was signed on 9/**/2014 with a 5 week deadline we made 2 payments already and its now 03/**/2015 5 months later and the work is still not done and all the person is asking for is money but wont come back to finish the work I contact him almost every day asking him to please come back and finish it but he does not.And the work that was not done correctly and needs to be fixed he will not even thos in the contact it states that the last payment will be made when the kitchen will be finished. The doors he made are wrong and crooked and shelves are falling down and he will not come and fix thatDesired Settlement: I would like him to come back and finish everything and fix it like he promised it would look like at the beginning of the job. if he cant then I would like a refund and he can take everything back
