We installed flange gaskets on the bottom of the Catalytic converter times when she brought it back the last time? the? leak was at? the resonator it? is where it was coming from at that time we told her it? needed to go to muffler shop to be repaired!! I did speak to [redacted] on the phone about this matter he said she had the resonator replaced and was still loud I told him to bring it by and we would look at it and see if we could tell where it was coming from!!! I never said we did nothing to the car!! Maybe she should of came and seen me instead of going thru other folks! If she would have brought the car back I would have looked at it and if it was something we done that was not right I would have fixed for free!!! Wallace Exxon fixed what we seen wrong at the time the cars was at our shop!! If she wants the car fixed She can bring it to us and me and her can look at the car and I will show her myself where it is leaking!!

The statement they are giving are not trueMy friend and I inquired about acrylics with shellac nail polish and that's when the husband said $extra and I questioned it again and that's when the wife said the same thingI kept asking about more times just to clarify and it was the same answerWe decided not to do our nails after all because it was nearing the close of their business so we made an appointment for the next day and we didn't go since we were informed by another friend to not go there to that salon because she had some type of fungal infectionIt had nothing to do with our pedicuresThe only question I asked about the pedicure was that I wanted the regular pedicure and not the deluxe which I was charged the deluxe not the regularI am very upset over this and how they are trying to lie about itI just want a refund and so does my friendI told my friend to file a complaint against this company as well to resolve her issueI encourage anyone who has been to this salon to double check their receipts and make sure if it's not what it should be to file a complaint. name of *** *** went in to get pedicures with her friendThey started off by asking about our regular pedicures which are $23.00, after that we proceeded with the service until the both asked for shellac on their toes which is an additional $15, this is because shellac is a longer-wear special color that always cost moreThey both agreed on getting the shellac and we then continued the pedicure using shellac instead of nail polishAfter that the total for the pedicure was $($for the pedicure+$more for the shellac)Both of them also agreed on each getting a personal kit which was $That brings the total to $but we gave them each a one dollar discount making the total $39.00.The problem is that two days later they called our buisness and accused us of stealing their money which we didn't doWe have had our buisness for years now and have never recieved a complaint, the total was also $and not $As of right now we don't understand why they came in for service and wanted money in return, each of them also signed a reicept agreeing to pay $for the pedicuresWe are very sorry that *** and her friend feel this way
