Bonito Shoes

Review: On Sept **, 2013 my daughter and I were on a bus trip to NYC. We went into a shoe/boot store called Bonito Shoes. My daughter purchased 2 different sets of boots. When we got home the 1 pair of boots were both for the right foot. I have tried for weeks now to call them at ###-###-#### and they pick up and hang up the phone. No one ever answers the phone. I just would like to get the left boot. The number hand written on the box in black marker is [redacted]...brown in color...size 8.5. They must have 2 left boots in the store. I really just want to resolve this but no one will answer the phone. We live about 3 hrs from NYC and only go there once a year, so I have no plans on returning anytime soon. Can someone help me resolve this issue. My daughter paid 39.00 plus tax for the boots, not a lot of money, but she is a college student and for her it's a lot.Desired Settlement: I would like the left boot or our money back.
