On August 2, as you can see by the attached copy of the of the customers receipts bracelets were purchased at 12:pmAt 12:pm one bracelet was voided out by the manager and the was put on a game cardWe have a No Cash Refunds PolicyWe have the attached a picture of the sign
stating Absolutely NO CASH REFUNDS which is hanging right by our registersPlease see the attached picture which shows the on the game card, and also reflects the customer did use it that same dayRegarding the manager not stating her name it is our company policy to protect our employees to not give out their namesA simple description of the manager allows us to know who the customer if referring toWe do not feel it is right that customers can go on the internet and post employees names which we have had happen in the pastWe have been in business for years and have always been in good standing with the Revdex.comOccasionally, we have customers that do not agree with our policy's and we understand thatBut, this complaint is not accurate as the customer was refunded the money onto a game card and the game card used that day, we feel her complaint for a refund is without merit

I reject the response because my receipt did not say "no cash refunds" and there was no sign saying no cash refunds and if there was then I would of never made this complaint.  We never received a card for videos.  Again, we paid and within 4mins.
