I am rejecting this response because:I have no way of contacting the business because they did not give any contact information where I should send the information they requested. I only have a postal address, and I will attempt to send the information in that manner, realizing that it is not a reliable method. When I try to access the website for the business to obtain a customer service email address, I get a error message

I am rejecting this response because:I asked for tracking information multiple times and did not recieve anythingNow you're telling me my book has not even been delivered to me, and I hAve to check with my post office? Which post office? Can I get an exact location? I am on a business trip and the nonsense you have put me through is a bt waste of time

Only one thing, I am not satisfactory with the partial refundthe seller indoo.com made a refund of $to me, seller deducted shipping cost of $from the full refundSeller is located in NJ, but chose global mail and delivered the order so lately for me, this is seller's faultSeller should not deduct the $3.99, seller needs to refund the $to me.Again, thank Revdex.com very much for helping!
