the mechanic is very slow! Took him 1hr to do a 15minute job which makes the labor rate of $256. I was explained to that it was a hard job. My friend had just put a belt on the same machine and took about 20min for the complete tear down and replace. It was wrong belt, friend left state, had to get it fixed. Used to do it myself(senior female) but arthritis in hands prevents it now. I had it done in about 15min. Belt on string mower is what was to be done.
