several years ago I applied for a loan at your creditthe loan was paid off a charge showed up on my credit report I have disputed the charge but it has not been removed today I received a bill from this company saying I owe them the amount they reported on my credit is which I have no idea what that is for and I have done nothing but dispute it I have not been back in that business since this loan was paid I do not owe them any money and I can prove it as I still have all of my receipts
I want this old account marked as closed and I want all of the documents in their file sent to me -which in writing I have requested and never received
