We honored the quoted price and the part that was not quoted is being provided at no cost to the consumer. We're not charging the insurance for that item eitherThis matter has been resolved

Yes,they are telling me I
will not have to pay the part of the tooth/crown~however, I still got again no call as to when the lab would have the tooth ready, I had to stop in the business myself on Friday the 18th, and ask the office manager Brooke is there any word so I can schedule the appt.? She stated " I call can them"She did, and the lab is stating to her it will be no time any earlier than the 30th of Decand that is even if luckySo still because of all this time of waiting for even a call back from the business, I have a hole in my mouth with no tooth, and to still add, I cannot wear the Flipper as it doesn't fitWhen I asked about this I as told by Brooke that her and her Regional manager Cindy have decided that since the flipper was done in 2014, it's been too much time that has gone on, and with each Drcharting that after they have manually did their tweaking the flipper that I was happy each timeI'm so upset because if that were the case, why still did each Drhave to still see it wasn't fitting and make their own adjustments again, and again, and againI am suppose to have a tooth in that spot, but I am forced to have nothing still.I explained to Brooke that was unfair for those all three Dentists to chart that just so I couldn't send it back to the lab to be corrected or as I have asked, to simply have my refund for the flipper in which I ha to pay for out of pocket of $Those dentists/employees of Gental Dental made it so I wasn't going to be able to send it back to the labThis should of been corrected the very first time DrP*** saw it was wrong and it wasn't fitting, and for him to sit there and snap,ben,file, and make it so the lab wouldn't take it back is truly unfair to me! I asked for it togo back to the lab for correction and was denied, and each time a dentist attempted to do more adjusting to the flipper just made it worse and worse, so I would be stuck with it! Brooke made me feel that she was do me this enormous justice by eating the cost of the crown, and too bad about the flipper, none of this was any of my fault! If the correct billing processing,quoting me, submitting to my insurance company was done the first time, I would have paid my portion, and still stuck with a flipper that they won't give me my money back for their mistakes, I'm just expecting for this business to do the right thing and be honest with what has occurredI want to have this business finish my tooth timely, and return the $back to me for the mouth device I need but cannot use, due to their errors, not mineI do not feel I am being un reasonable about thisI have not discredited this business in any way, by media, social media, seeking legal counsel as I have been advised too, I have only reach out to their corporate office, with still no word back to date, the American Dental Association, and my own Dental insurance company along with you the Revdex.com.Finally, I do not understand why this business is being allowed to get away with their actions, and not see that they made terrible mistakes and unfortunately should have to pay for themI will still await word as to when the lab can complete the tooth, and hopefully,prayerfully hear back timely from the staff as to when I can come in and have the tooth placed! I will also stay prayerful that this Brooke and Cindy will see they are wrong, and just give me my monies back for the non-wearable flipper.$

As I understand the Gentle Dental response about the $2,000.00 worth of services in correction again for their error, I still do NOT agree with the aspect of the flipper. I was NEVER satisfied with the flipper, and again, if I were, why was it each time I was there a Dr. had to make some sort of adjustments to the flipper to attempt the ability to still wear it. I cannot wear it, it still cuts into the roof of my mouth, it still is to tight on the right side where it causing the tooth it attaches too , to become super sensitive. Again, if each time I had to have it tampered with by a Dr. how could I have been satisfied with the device? I am NOT pleased with the fact that per the verbal statement made by Brooke the office manager that "My chart notes dictate each Dr. stating I was satisfied" is false, and my chart notes should NOT state those words! That is unfair to me as a patient to have false notes charted to satisfy the Gentle Dental Company. Not a way to conduct business and mostly in Allied Health when we are talking about patient care and services, when a patient is unaware of what is being charted after a visit.
Back to the $2,000.00 in services, please keep in mind that I would have clearly paid my portion of the entire process were to I have been presented with a completed total of all that was owed! That again was NOT my fault. I am hoping in today's office visit for the tooth placement / crowning the visit will remain pleasant and professional through out this dispute. I am nervous and still concerned about how I will be treated there through the process. 01/08/2016 @ 3:50PM.
