We have been in contact with the customer and have reached mutually agreeable resolution for this matter. Most of the issues, except for the filter, stemmed from the installation that was performed by a separate company. Since this company is not part of ours, we had tried to... intercede on behalf of the customer, however we could not directly address the issues. Since the customer does not want to have the original company to repair the pool, we have made arrangements to have the filter completely replaced and will have a different company provide the labor to repair the pool at a later date that is convenient for the customer.
