They never contacted me about what kind of work was being done on my vehicle or how long they expected it to remain in their shop. I would like the paperwork that states what work they had performed on my vehicle so I can take it to someone else and they can see what has been done. I was told they would not give me my paperwork regarding my vehicle because I was 'Rude.'
