manager, spoke with the complainant. The complainant agreed that a $payment was authorized on December 15, and that an $payment was authorized on December 19, 2017. MrEngstler explained that the $payment was returned due to non-sufficient funds. Therefore, HFC retracted both payments and reposted the $payment. The complainant advised HFC that her Credit Union has a policy to submit returned transactions twice if an ACH is returned due to non-sufficient funds MrEnglster then advised the complainant that her Credit Union resubmitted these payments twice and HFC did notThe complainant stated that she thought that HFC had cancelled the $payment. She was then informed that the $payment had already posted to her Credit Union and that HFC was unable to cancel the payment HFC believes this matter has been resolved as the complainant advised that she was going to call her Credit Union to see if they would waive some of the NSF feesTell us why here
