I came home to a very big water leakI was franticI called Bono Plumbing already expecting someone to show up the next day if at all and astronomical hourly ratesI was completely proven wrongAngela was kind, empathetic, and professionalBob showed up within a couple of hours of my callHe was friendly, courteous, and he knew his stuff!! He was able to identify the problem instantly A pipe had been previous installed improperlyBob corrected the problem and to my surprise his rates were very reasonable!! He even documented the problem to provide to the prior plumber's company and my insurance company LOOOOVE Bono Plumbing!!!

This is in response to [redacted] H [redacted] ’s complaint regarding [redacted] Plumbing’s service call to Mrs [redacted] ’s residence on December 2, I have responded numerous times to Mrs [redacted] ’s complaint through ***’s List and have asked for a call be made to me directly so that we could inspect the damage she says she has to her floor [redacted] Plumbing needs this inspection so that a determination as to what, if anything, would be paid out or replaced I received an ***’s List Service Provider Complaint Resolution Response Form on March 31, 2016, and promptly completed, signed, dated and returned it back to ***’ List It is now August 2, 2016, and I have yet to receive a message from Mrs [redacted] or even have a conversation with herMy response was very detailed and will be very redundant from the 1st and 2nd written responses from me Here is a recap of our service call to Mrs [redacted] ’s residence on December 2, and my conversation with our technician, [redacted] ***, that was on site [redacted] initially he tried to cable out the tub through the tub waste and overflow but the tub was still backed up [redacted] advised the homeowner that he would have to move the washing machine in order to have access due to the tub was on an adjacent wall/room Once he had access, he was able to disassemble the tub waste and overflow to remove the stoppage Upon re-assembly and replacing the washer, [redacted] noticed that the waste pipe for the washer was dumping into floor drain, which had a bunch of debris and toys piled around the outside and inside of it, due to the grate being removed and sitting on top of the pipe [redacted] insisted that he made the homeowner fully aware of this issue and he then proceeded to completely clear the floor drain of the toys, socks, etc., before replacing the grate on the floor drain as it is supposed to be This will keep debris from getting back down there in the future and future stoppages [redacted] then placed a degree fitting for the waste pipe of the washer to go on “top” of the grate [redacted] physically showed Mrs [redacted] the issue and he explained to her that it was not up to code and that it needed to be brought up to plumbing code soon before they had anymore issues He then had Mrs [redacted] acknowledge the issue by signing the invoice stating that we had completed the job by cabling out the stoppage in the basement tub as well as cleared debris from inside the floor drain in laundry room It is now August 2, 2016, and I am again suggesting that [redacted] ***, Owner/Master Plumber, go to the residence so that he can evaluate and inspect the issue Only after [redacted] Plumbing’s inspection, will we be able to make a determination as to the validity of the homeowner’s complaintTo schedule the inspection with [redacted] ***, please call our office at [redacted] If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact me at the same numberSincerely, [redacted] ***, Owner/Manager

I came home to a very big water leak. I was frantic. I called Bono Plumbing already expecting someone to show up the next day if at all and astronomical hourly rates. I was completely proven wrong. Angela was kind, empathetic, and professional. Bob showed up within a couple of hours of my call. He was friendly, courteous, and he knew his stuff!! He was able to identify the problem instantly. A pipe had been previous installed improperly. Bob corrected the problem and to my surprise his rates were very reasonable!! He even documented the problem to provide to the prior plumber's company and my insurance company. LOOOOVE Bono Plumbing!!!

Great customer service! He was very attentive to finding why my water bill was so high. I would definitely recommend using them! Quick response time too! The lady who answered the phone was very friendly as welll!
