Bonobos found a history of five order interactions with [redacted] to date. All packages were addressed to the same mailing address that [redacted] provided: [redacted] [redacted].According to the Revdex.com claim, [redacted] is requesting a full refund on his most recent...

order (Bonobos's records indicate that [redacted]'s last order was placed on January **, 2015). However, Bonobos has no record of [redacted] making this request directly to the company other than through the Revdex.com.  Given the below history, Bonobos can no longer ensure the proper delivery of merchandise to this address: [redacted] [redacted].Bonobos requests the following actions of [redacted] in order to respond to his request: 1. Formerly request a refund on the order noted by emailing [redacted].2. Supply an alternative shipping address to [redacted] other than [redacted] [redacted] within the next 10 business days [by February **, 2015] otherwise Bonobos will be forced to deactivate the customer's account as we can no longer ensure the proper delivery of merchandise to that address. The following is [redacted]'s purchase history and the actions Bonobos took to address his concerns:[redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]

Dear [redacted],
We apologize for the typo in our last update to you.  We understand your need to ensure that your address is not on our mailing list and that the misspelling of your city in our original response is a concern. I can assure you that Bonobos updated its mailing list promptly and removed address [redacted] from the list when the original complaint was filed. This letter is to confirm that the correct address, [redacted] was removed.

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused [redacted] and have quickly worked to resolve the complaint. Bonobos updates its mailing list regularly and works closely with its vendors to ensure all...

households that are on a Do Not Mail list are excluded from its catalog mailing. After researching the issue, it seems that [redacted] was on our prospecting list as a resident at [redacted]. [redacted]’s new address was not found in the NCOA update used for processing this mailing, so he was mailed at his old address. Since Do Not Mail records are suppressed at the household level (i.e. last name + address), and [redacted] was not the person mailed, this address unfortunately received the catalog. We have now included the address [redacted] in all of our suppression files so no one at this address will receive any mail from us in the future. This action should be in full ef fect by May.

Review: Bonobos is sending unsolicited advertisements to this address without authorization. [redacted] does not reside at this address. This address is on do not mail lists.Desired Settlement: Bonobos is expected to stop sending advertisements to this address, effective immediately and permanently. [redacted] does not reside at this address. Bonobos is expected to keep its mailing lists up to date to avoid wasteful advertising practices that cause unnecessary problems.

Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

Review: Bonobos.com advertises a 20% discount, via coupon code, on the first purchase for new members. No stipulations, limitations, or exclusions are placed upon the offer. Upon attempting a first purchase through the online portal, the consumer is told such coupon code is not valid on digital gift card purchases. This is capricious, arbitrary, and certainly false advertising to selectively choose when a merchant will or will not accept a stated offer without advising the consumer in clear and concise terms, before they accept the offer of membership.Desired Settlement: Bonobos.com should honor their advertisement, retroactively, for anyone who has been swindled into a purchase with a similar scheme in the past. Bonobos should issue a public apology, pull the current offer (as it exists currently, 12/**/2014), update the website offers to display limitations and exclusions, and earn Revdex.com accreditation so as to display intent to uphold reputable business practices.

Review: I have ordered from Bonobos on 4 separate occasions. All orders are under the email [redacted]. On three of these four occasions, this company has failed to fulfill their services despite my payment. On two of these orders I have had no products arrive and was still charged. These were resolved but the same thing happened once again. On this third occasion I had the same thing happen as before. No product, but still charged. Over the phone things did get heated and some words said out of frustration because of their disregard to my business. However, this would of not had happened if I would have gotten direct information regarding my issue instead of the fighting. I did not need an explanation from the CSR as to why she said what she said. I found some of the things she communicated with me rude including her saying "[I'm not trying] to make you work" in response to me saying that I should not have to find work arounds (like finding another address to ship items) to get an item to me. This to me painted me in the wrong light. When I pointed this out we both went on defense, both over the phone (with a different rep) and on the chat. I have every right to be angry considering Bonobos has "lost" around $400 in merchandise I have purchased in their history with me. The reps saying that finding a different address is the best remedy is NOT a solution. There is NO issue with my apartment complex or [redacted]. How do I know this? Because I have had dozens of packages delivered to my address with NO problems. The only problems I have had are on three separate occasions and all three have been with bonobos. To me, this is extremely shady and border line fraudulent. The only time I have gotten a package from Bonobos was when I used store credit to order an item ( I believe this was my second order on the site). This also adds to the "shady-ness" of the history between me and this company. It would be somewhat understandable if Bonobos would charge my card when the products were shipped or delivered but they don't. I am immediately charged despite their being no shipping notices on my orders. I have checked the [redacted] tracking before but there is a lack of indication that the packages have left he their wear house... only when they are all of a sudden "delivered". To me, it is extremely unsettling that Bonobos has "lost" merchandise totaling almost $400 that I purchased.Desired Settlement: I request a refund of store credit that was originally used to purchase the item from my most recent order.
