Bono's Pit Bar-B-Q

Very Rude and mean associates who take orders over the phoneOn Tuesday October 29 and Friday November 1, 2013, I placed an order over the phone at Bono's Pit BBQ located off [redacted] Bartram Park Blvd. Jacksonville, Fl 32258. The first occassion on Tuesday the lady on the phone was so rude that I decided to cancel my order and order from somewhere else. Today I called again and the lady on the phone was rude again. I am unsure if it was the same lady but it was at 12:34 pm. I informed her that I needed the orders rung up seperately. She stated that she could not do that over the phone. I asked if possible because I am paying with someone elses card for their order. She said no. As I continued to place my order she interrupted me saying I dont know what your saying. Then I repeated the order and asked a question and she rushed me to give her what type of sauce . I understand it may have been during lunch time but there are certain ways you handle things especially to customers. I felt like I was not a valued customer and like she had an attitude the whole time. When the order was picked up she had an attitude also when I asked what her name was and would not give me her name. After I left I noticed my food was completely wrong. If she did not rush me and listened to me as I ordered Im sure my order would have been right. I only had an hour lunch so I didnt have time to go back to get it corrected. I am soo upset. I would not recommend this bonos to anyone else.
