Review: I purchased a hat for my baby brother. At the time of purchase I asked about the return policy, and was told that I could return or exchange the item. The hat ended up not fitting (too small), so I went to return it today, and was told that I Cannot have a refund- that they do not offer refunds - not because there was any breach of policy. The item was still new/unused with tag attached.

They offered me in-store credit, but refused to refund the purchase price. They could not offer a larger hat for exchange.Desired Settlement: I would like to have a full refund to my credit card. I was told this was possible at the time of purchase, and do not understand why the policy changed in the interim.
