Review: I purchased two plants. They did not ship the plants until 2 weeks after my order, and until after I needed to remind them to ship my order. When I received the plants, one was in perfect condition which I have no problem with. The other came with fallen dead leaves and broken branches. I e-mailed the company asking to either replace the tree, or give me a refund. They did not respond after 4 days. I sent a follow up e-mail to which they said the plant will "most likely recover", and offered no resolution. I asked for a refund and they have not replied to my request since.Desired Settlement: My total was $95.60 with shipping and handling. I would like to be refunded in the amount of $49.95 to my credit card for the defective plant.

Review: I ordered the wrong sized pot and requested to return it so I could buy the correct size, the initial price of the order, with shipping was $22.20. I had to pay for return shipping ($7.53). The seller did not refund the full cost of my initial order--he did not refund the initial shipping charge. I ended up paying $16.48 in shipping and he got the pot back. The actual cost of the pot was $13.25, less than the amount I ended up paying in shipping. The seller had me return the item without telling me he would not refund the full amount of the initial order--he has no return policy posted. If he would have informed me that he would not refund the amount of the initial order I would have kept it, as I paid $16.48 and the seller got his item back. This was definitely not fair and the seller was dishonest. When I contacted him about the situation by email he was unapologetic and refused to refund me the amount I initially paid for the item.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the amount I paid for shipping for the original item that I returned, $8.95. This would be refunded to my credit card.

The customer purchased this through Amazon and we fulfilled it. Amazon's shipping and return policies are clearly stated throughout their web site. We would have been happy to answer any questions upfront if asked. Amazon as a whole does NOT pay for return shipping or shipping fees unless the product is defective in some manner.

Review: Company used a bait and switch tactic to sell my tree. When contacted, offered a 15.00 refund on a 65.00 item. They advertise SATISFACTION GUARANTEED. I would have rather had a 30.00 refund rather than spend more of my time and effort to send back the wrong tree. Customer service was indifferent and refused to provide me with the owners name so that I could address the issue with them. I am not SATISFIED.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate a $30.00 REFUND as the item in not worth the time or effort to return. Thank you
