Bonsai Flow Hoods

I bought a 12' laminar flow hood flow this business on February24th. I paid $570.00 for the product. To this day I have never received the product or been given my money back. I have called them several times and left several emails to inquire about my money. They have ignored all my attempts to get my hard earned money back.

On January, 19th, 2020, I purchased a laminar flow hood from this company. The name of the company is Bonsai Flow Hoods. A laminar flow hood is an air filtration system that removes microscopic deposits from the air, cleaning the air and making the air suitable to work with for mycology which contaminates very easily with airborne particles. I was advised that my order will be shipped in 2-3 weeks, and I explained that I could not wait that long and if its possible if I can get an earlier shipment because I needed the flow hood for several projects I'm working on as well as a mycology course I am taking. I was told that the full 3 week shipping was in rare cases, and usually orders ship out in 2 weeks. Convinced, I placed the order, a total of $556.30 USD, and was paid using 2 cards. $475 on my credit card, and the remainder $81.30, on my debit card. An entire month has passed with numerous emails asking if the order has shipped and they will respond saying, the flowhood has not been built yet, or they were out of filters, or backed up on orders, and thaty order will ship immediately and was not. After several of these emails and a few of these emails saying "it will ship tomorrow" I then grew tired of thier lies and on February, 18th, 2020 I formally requested a refund. In which case I recieved an email stating that a refund will be issued. I then requested an invoice or receipt stating, in which they respond that one will be sent. 4 days passed and I called my credit card, to see if there has been a refund issued and I was advised there has been no refund activity on my account. My credit card agent stated that although a refund can take up to 10 days to clear into my account, --had I received a refund it would have shown as 'pending ' and thier has been no such activity on my account. I have emailed the company since and received no response.
