Initial Business Response /* (1000, 15, 2015/11/11) */
***Document Attached***
This is the first notice we've received regarding this matter(Mail 11-7-15) Unlike what is indicated on the complaintIm fairly confident we have never had issue like this in our history
She took delivery on
the truck 7-22, on july 24th she sent a text agreeing to a refund etc , we transferred the title on 7-well with in the guidelinesWe made an attempt to deliver check refund for tires and tabs shortly afterShe refused to accept from a driver I sent thereSo my wife and I drove there a few days later and placed the tabs directly on the truckI notified her of this when she made a threat to filing claims and ranted about ruining my business with online reviewsWe also mailed a check to her in the amount of , even though we agreed to per text messagesShe cashed it on 8-
I also would never use the term" vehicle needs nothing" it is not something I would sayYour more than welcome to call and converse with me anytime , and I would never use such a phrase
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (2000, 17, 2015/11/13) */
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
Revdex.com should keep close eye on this guy, as he is a scammerHe has to be lying that "first time notified from Revdex.com" - he is a compulsive liar!
He is only giving you 'part of the conversation' in the text, see the remaining messages that he conveniently omitted! The FACTS of the entire situation is very simple
We offered to buy the truck for $based off his statement "it needed nothing but tires"
Based off item #1, we asked to buy newer tires & settled on price of $for tires
Truck arrived with new tire, we paid for
Truck arrived with NO TABS, NO TEMP TAG - Could not LEGALLY drive it on public roads
We contacted him times
As soon as we discovered that he OVERCHARGED us for the truck ($43.50) we requested that money to be returned as well as the money paid for the tires we didn't receive
He said he would refund all the money but he was a NO SHOW EVERY TIME
Out of frustration, due to his LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM, we filed a report against him
Then he sneaks over here and puts the tabs on the truck to make it "legal"
Over weeks later, he finally sends a check for all of the money he OVERCHARGES us, as well as, the money for the tires he did not give us (that we purchased)
We've attached copies of the Bill of Sale (shows he overcharged), as well as, copies of the Text messages that he conveniently omitted
We gave him the ultimatum of either refunding all the OVERCHARGES (truck & tires) or we'd settle this in courtHe refunded the total amount he OVERCHARGED us (truck & tires) and we are very happy to never having to deal with him again (had he done that from the beginning, he could have avoided all of this)!

Mr [redacted] contacted us to purchase the Audi RS7 car for $68,000 and offered to send a $1,000 deposit until he came up to MN to pick up the car. We agreed to Mr [redacted] offer and have been waiting for him to pick up. Mr [redacted] tied up the car and it was unavailable for sale and we possibly could have sold...

the car during the "hold" for Mr [redacted], typically we do not hold cars for this length of time but due to the constant contact and texts stating he was traveling to MN and buying the car and had the funds we held it as a courtesy to Mr [redacted]. Later Mr [redacted] told us he had the funds to pay for the car out right, but wanted to try and finance the car.  We kept in constant contact with Mr [redacted] via texts in a timely manor with the exception of non business days. We have a long text trail from Mr [redacted] stating he was coming up right away and purchasing the car, he never showed. one of his later texts regarding the return of his deposit  stated "I'm assuming I won't be able to?"  we did tell the customer we will still honor the $1,000  if the car is still available and he wants to honor his end of the agreement.  Mr [redacted] may also use the money towards the purchase of another car on our website or lot. Also Mr [redacted] stated he would write and post bad reviews all over to hurt our business. Mr [redacted] did not follow through on the agreed deal. We have always acted in a professional manor in all communications regarding this transaction with Mr [redacted].  Please find attached a small sampling of the texts between our salesman Brennen and Mr [redacted].
