No response from customer service after three weeks and 4 emails.
I purchased an expensive Chinese Privit bonsai. I had some questions about the tree.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THE COMPANY IF YOU EXPECT CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSE. PERRY
Company advetises 100% no risk sales My tree is badThey have told me to ship back tree at my cost Website clearly states they cover returns 100% I purchased a bonsai tree from them and within days the leaves were dropping off like crazy, I've had over emails with customer service and after showing pictures the lady said the tree was bad and a new tree was being shipped I've yet to receive a tree So I filed a complaint with paypal the bonsai outlet stated I have to pay to return tree for refund when on the website it clearly states: % No Risk Guarantee It states that their products are so high quality that they will cover ALL cost associated with either a replacement or return That is shown on the website There is nothing about a buyer have to pay to return a bad tree If they want the tree returned I need a box, padding and return label
