Revdex.com # [redacted] This correspondence is in response to the email notification received on Thursday, March 10th in which our company was given (3) days to respond to an issue as presented by a customer It is understood that the initial request for a response was sent to an incorrect email address We question how this address could have been provided as the customer has used and has accessed the correct company email addressThankfully, by phone on March 10th, we were notified of this issue and provided with the opportunity to respond The availability of a longer response time would have allowed for a more complete response With one of the (3) days falling on a Saturday, this provided even less time in which to present a more comprehensive response We take our responsibility as a provider of premium, custom automotive Wheels very seriously and strive to provide the best in customer service and satisfaction With over years in the wheel industry, our success and standing are not taken lightly We would hope that a customer with any issues with our product or service would contact our office first for a resolution; however, we realize that your agency provides a forum to act as a safeguard for both the customer and the company to which this service is appreciated.The custom nature of our product requires interaction with the customer at the time of the sale and during the manufacturing process The interaction with this customer was no different There were a number of telephone exchanges that included order specifics, product status and payment details The customer signed and acknowledged the order criteria along with the terms and conditions of this sale in the Order Authorization Form In order to protect the customer, we are not able to include this signed form with this response.This is a custom-built, special-order product that was created specifically for the customer’s vehicle Each wheel is machined individually and there are a number of manufacturing steps in the process The ship and delivery dates are presented as estimates and the customer was apprised as to the state of his wheels throughout the process We encourage customer follow up and this customer inquired often and never voiced or inferred any action as critical as this We are unaware of any problem that specifically occurred on 8/10/as noted in the customer response information Nor was this the last date of customer contact regarding his order.Upon receipt of the product, the customer requested that they be returned for adjustment This adjustment required the use of special-order parts The wheels were adjusted and returned to the customer This was a necessary measure and while it extended the customer experience, it was a means of maintaining our quality and service standards We absorbed all of the shipping, material and shop costsLet it also be noted, that Lug Nuts and Valve Stems were provided with this order at no extra charge as a means of expressing our appreciation for our customer’s time and consideration In summary, the customer has received the repaired custom-order productTo date, we have not been informed of any issues to the contrary He has UPS email communication as proof that the product has been shipped and delivered as promised.As this notification is coming after the product has been delivered and as there has been no further comment from the customer with regard to this order, we have considered this matter resolved.We appreciate the opportunity to provide this information and feel that this response should continue to preserve our healthy company standing
