Dear [redacted] , This letter is to address the claim by [redacted] regarding work we were contracted to perform at [redacted] ***, Capitol Heights, MD ***First and foremost, the assertion that "the contractor was paid to complete work not done properly" is entirely false, as identified on the Inspection Report and Completion Certificate approved by the NACA Inspector and Claimant (Attachment A)The final draw for the work performed and approved by the NACA inspector in the amount of $12,has not been paidI believe [redacted] 's claim is being made in an effort to deny paymentFurthermore, although the Work in question was completed and signed off on by the NACA inspector April 5, 2016, an e-mail was sent to the [redacted] informing her that despite the warranty period expiring, we would be willing to correct any deficient work Attachment B)I am dealing with the type of customer who is making every effort to exploit a programs in which the payments must be approved by the NACA member in order for the Contractor to receive their paymentIn this case, the NACA member is attempting to pay for Work done by her and others associated with her by not paying for the work we didAdditionally, according to the contract, disputes between the NACA member and the contractor are to be settled by the American Arbitration Association whereby NACA agrees to be bound by any arbitration order in such action directing disbursement of money held in the escrow account for the renovation project (Attachment C).If the NACA program is willing to accept the arbitrated decisions mediated by The Revdex.com, I will certainly comply with any and all of your request for information that will assist you in resolving this issue in the most expeditious manner.Best Regards,George B***
