MrWaiwaiole was contacted and a resolution was reached
Due to the loss of incentives and surgical dismantling of the solar industry by [redacted] we have lost 90% of our workforce and are talking longer than usual to return calls. We apologize for any delays and are doing the best we can to keep up. We will reach out as soon as we can.

After some initial difficulty in reaching us, we were able to coordinate this repair with the customer. We dispatched a repair crew on 06/01/16 and the issue was corrected in full.
Bonterra has responded to customer issues and worked with the inspector to close permit so PV system can become operational as soon as possible.
Complaint: [redacted] My complaint was not resolved and it is nearly impossible to reply in your message system!!! Please follow up with Bonterra Solar there has still been no response!!!!!
