Facts:1.     The customer burned out the clutch completely.2.     Customer also put over 2400 miles on the car since she bought it on 7/18/2016.3.     Customer did not know how to drive a manual transmission vehicle even though we offered...

to teach her and we also offered to make sure she knew how to drive.  She refused both.4.     LDB Motors paid to tow the car from St. Augustine to our shop in Jacksonville.5.     LDB Motors also paid for a rental car for over 7 days which was delivered to her doorstep.6.     LDB Motors returned her rental car.7.     LDB Motors paid all of the cost to replace the clutch.8.     Customer offered to pay a portion of the repairs with postdated checks.  Checks that were not cashable when she took the vehicle.9.     Customer bought an AS IS car and also refused a service contract.  Even though there is no service contract available in America which covers burned out clutches.1.     Customer drove off with her vehicle.
