I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. Please add your rejection comments below. 
They were not custom glasses.  If the business owner is stating that the lenses are custom then obviously yes.  The lenses would naturally have to be customized to my vision. The first pair were glasses that that did not fit and the power of the lenses were wrong and they gave me headaches. The second pair were also not custom.  The second pair of glasses are sold as 2 pieces.  You can choose from the case a temple and frame with different colors.  That does not make them custom.  Those too were not fitting correctly and the lens power was wrong. They too gave my headaches.  The business owner said that there was something wrong with me not with the glasses that they sold me.  They have both pairs now and they have my money.  The merchant sold me a defective product and they could not adjust or help me with a better product that fitted my personal clinical situation with the correct power lens and fit.  Since they could not provide the service that they promised I am asking for my money back.  They clearly cannot provide the service that they promised.  They are open for service as an optical store.  They could not provide the service promised by proving they correct lens power and fit.  I am not sure why the business is denying this simple fact. If the glasses fit and the power was correct why would I want to return them?  The fact is this merchant is a liar and a thief.  They are incompetent and are not able to provide the services that they promised. Therefore, there is no reason to do business with them and I want my money back.

This has been a very long winded experience for all parties involved. Back in November of 2014. [redacted] purchased Two pairs of glasses. Both of which were custom made, special orders. He requested we make him a pair of drilled rimless frames with prescription lenses. With drilled...

rimless, the lenses need to have holes drilled into them. In order to mount them into the baby blue frame he special ordered, a non-stock item. At that time, he also asked me to make a cool pair of round frames with his prescription. He asked for all of the best options.Once he received his lenses he explained that his vision was not clear, and he had been talking to an Opthomologist about some vision issued he was having. We re- did both pair of glasses three times. I adjusted his glasses countless times. [redacted] is quite particular about the way his glasses look. He mentioned the glasses sat one millimeter more to the left thatn the right. I adjusted them again.  In December he requested a refund for both pair. I told him our store policy, which is posted through out the store several times. He said he didn't want to do that and we should give him at least half of his money back. I explained he would have a store credit in the full amount he spent. [redacted] Credit card receipts clearly state, "NO REFUNDS".   At this time I have spoken to lawyers, his bank and now the Revdex.com. I hope to resolve this as soon as possible.
