I am rejecting this response because: Never once did I raise my voice or try to “bully” the ownerThere was not a chance for that, our conversation lasted less than two minutes before he hung up on meNever have I ever experienced an owner of a business treat customers in this mannerI owned a business for many years and would have NEVER blamed the customer or hung up on themThat is not how you get and keep business He was also paid more than my $depositHe did not advise me as to how my warranty works nor did he address why he hung up on meI am not trying to get free workI am trying to have usable drains in the homeYou were hired to clear a blockage in the houseAlso, no where in the work order did it say “single” blockag The system, as you stated, was tied togetherClearing it from the kitchen just pushed it deeper within the system causing a back up of the bathroom drainWe have indeed hired a competent plumber and he has resolved the issue you could notHe ended up having to take drains apart in the kitchen and bathroom to fully remove the blockage as opposed to snaking the drains pushing the problem deeperI sincerely hope you learn how to treat people with respect and dignity in the futureI was never rude or argumentative and at least deserved to be properly taken care ofEthics seem to be what you lacking in your business practiceI’m not the only one who has this same complaint....have a look at the reviews onlineThey seem to be stating the same thing I have issue with here.

we received a work order from a warranty company for this customer on a single stoppage. I arrived at the home on jan 11th and found an that per the grandson and grandmother that when you ran the kitchen tub or bathroom sink that it all backed up into the bathtub. I ran the fixtures to confirm the...

issue. I found that these items were all tied in together. The kitchen line was snaked carefully and the stoppage for all items was cleared. I tested this by running water in all the fixtures. There were no other issues at that time. I then filled up the washing machine twice to test the undersized laundry line. It is one and a quarter inch line and per code is supposed to be 2in. The warranty does not cover upgrades or pre existing issues. I was never asked to look at the bathroom sink. I received a call a while after I had left from a lady who was not at the home at the time of service saying they were now having issues with the sink drain itself. The work we did would not affect this. There was debris in the tub , my guess is it may have gotten in the sink after I left from them rinsing things off in the sink I don't know. I do know there was not an issue with it while I was there. I gave some recommendations and she called back saying they didn't work and she could see something in the sink drain after removing the mismatched stopper someone had installed. I advised she would have to place another work order on this item and she became argumentative, at that point I ended the conversation by advising the customer to call her warranty and ask for a different provider. I don't understand the in a hurry part as the person making this complaint was not even home as well as if I was in a hurry how would I have had time to take apart a drain tarp everything off then clean up test as well as fill up the washing machine twice!!!!!! We were paid 75.00 for clearing a single stoppage. I tried to explain to the customer how the warranty works as well as the fact that separate items can have separate issues non related to previous work but she wanted to bully me into doing free work sorry!!!!Tell us why here...
