I owner of Boo fence & tree removal company, of [redacted] Rt508, West Liberty, Ohio 43357My Client & Cousin [redacted] hired me for a job beginning of July of I told him I was a couple weeks out with other workHe wanted a deck built before the 23rd of July 2016.I only ask for ½ the money for parts & labor and having materials delivered for the job the Client insisted on full payment of $2,750.00.In the process I had and accident the resulted in a head injury & surgeryMy vision was effectedThe day after my surgery July 16th I went to the clients house to refund the money in full ($2750.00)But upon arriving to this property, the materials I had delivered was usedI refunded the client with a check for the amount of $Remainder of the money paid for parts & materials and timeI offered to do the job against my doctors orders and the Client told me he didn’t want the deck, But they used my material the I couldn’t return Because it was used.I also can provide a statement from my bank if need beIf you have any questions please feel free to ask or call my number####-###-####

But upon arriving to this property, the materials I had delivered was used. I refunded the client with a check for the amount of $1375.00. Remainder of the money paid for parts & materials and time. I offered to do the job against my doctors orders and the Client told me he didn’t want the deck, But they used my material the I couldn’t return Because it was used.I also can provide a statement from my bank if need be.
