Peak living was less than helpful when I was trying to let them know about issues I was having with managementI have had issues with flooding in my apartment and an AC unit not working for several monthsI informed Peak Living of how the management team did not take care of my issuesI also informed them that as per their lease contracts it States if work is not done within days of written notice, you can break your lease contractI have documentation proving that the work was not completed within daysPeak living basically told me nothing was going to be done
This complex did not fix the issues w/my apartment over a year ago and still has not given me my deposit of $yet
In November of I move into Broadview Oaks AptsI rented unit 4C for $monthly plus utilitiesI was required to pay a $depositThe property manager Shannon did not have me sign a lease that day because I had just gotten out of the hospital but did state she' have me come back at a later date to sign itHowever, she never had me sign itShe did however collect all monies required for move inThis included prorated 1st month rent $528, refundable security deposit $totaling $Upon moving in I noticed that nails were pushing through the floorboard in the kitchen areaI made property management aware of the issue and was told that it would be resolvedA few weeks later I notice a loud knocking sound in the plumbing any time surrounding apartments used water and alerted them to this alsoAround late November my car was stolen off the premisesI
