Ordered a custom tuxedo for a wedding. Secured, prior to the transaction, in-writing guarantees that the tuxedo would arrive before the wedding. After tons of excuses and unreturned phone calls and emails, I had to go buy another tuxedo for the wedding. Now I am demanding a refund and they are giving me the run-around with lots of excuses.
