We are continuously working with Mr*** *** and this is to give all parties involved an update to his complaint:
Services have been fulfilled
We are open to providing author a month’s free of SMAM services. We are willing to work with the author in teaching him further about it
We have explained that the book will be distributed through online resellers only and not physical bookstores. Author got a list of where the book is listed at this time (we sent this to him via email). Our guarantee is that it will be on two of our biggest resellers which are amazon.com and barnesandnoble.com
That we have tried contacting the author a couple of times since 1st of May but has not been able to reach him until today. This was to check if he received SMAM guidelines sent to him via email and to walk him through to access the accounts

very much for your help in this matter, concerning a breach of contract and negligence on the part of Bookblast pro.cm and Authorcentrix.com you help and input or advice has been really helpful! However since I contacted you all regarding my service contract with the above mention parties: Bookblast pro.com has begin to do some of the things that they promised to do! like send me a copy of the my book after resubmission! And they have began to post by book on some of the internet book sites that they offer! However not all! About four so far, out of about fifty! However I am still concerned about the way they claim to have ran my social media marketing campaign! That they claim to have already ran for days prior to issuing me a copy of my re submission book, for my review or approval! this does not make sense to me to do such a foolish thing! Does it to you? I really would like for them to restart my social media marketing campaign all over, when I am aware of what they are doing! because no one should have the right to claim that they ran a social media campaign day prior to my product or book was finished or completed! And one more thing that I disagree with them on is this! That they promised as a part of their contract! To place my book in as many stores as possible on a return basis! But they can't tell me of any physical stores that they place my book at all! They only posted them, on about four or five internet marking sites! Like Amazon, barns and noble and a couple of others! But did promise to do more! However they have not even tried to place my book in any book stores at all! In which this to, is a part of our contractual agreement! Please have them verify what book store they are going to market my book at and let me know as soon as possible! I am trying to sale and promote a book through their company expertises! This is why I hire and paid thery for their service to do the things that they promise to do! And that is what I fully expect them to do! After they do all that they agreed to do! I am rejecting this response because: they have not yet, fulfilled their contractual obligations as agreed, according to the contract they made with me! Base upon these facts, now pending, as they agreed to do, or implement after are conversation sometimes in May between the days or week of May 21- May 24th 2018. I know Mr [redacted] has responded to the Revdex.com: However his comments and statements to you, are misleading! in that he claims to have solved our contractual dispute! He did not at all! However they did at least post my book on some of the site's that they were supposed to! But not all as agreed! And on some of the sites that they did post my book, my book in still waiting to be posted, but hasn't been as of yet! Their is nothing in our contract that states that they were only to post by book on just two major sites! However in the contract they alleged that they would post my book on at least 40 or more sites not just two! As Mr [redacted] wants you to think, that they are not supposed to market my physical book are physical shelve's but that is not Truth! And I pointed this out to him in according to what is written in the contract they made with me! He ashed he to show him this claws in the contract and I did! Then and only then did he agree, the he would in fact fulfill this part of our agree, but June the 1th/2018. It is called a "Book Returnability Program" and it is good for a whole year! This part of the agreement is on page 6 of our agreement! It allows book sellers that market or sell my book or shelve my book in their stores, the right to return all books that are not selling without cost to them or me! And i'm am still waiting for my walk through lesson on how to operate my face book site and other sites my book may be posted on! And how to operate my site account! Not only this! I am still waiting, for my 30 day Social Media campaign, to begin with a notice to me that it has being![redacted] Thank you!
