Thank you for your responseI am not "fibbing a tad." The first shipment was either lost in the mail or never mailed in the first placeI tried to reach the seller for three consecutive days before my inquiry was finally acknowledged and my money refundedI then asked about placing a second order, and was rudely and falsely accused of asking for free productI politely explained the misunderstanding, and for my trouble I had my order canceled for no reason and with no notice six days laterThe "bad behavior" is all theirsI suppose the seller is free to reject orders from selected purchasers, but I feel this is not good practice and wanted Revdex.com to know about itI sell online myself and if a buyer has an issue, my first response is not to blame and accuse the buyerI try to fix problems, not punish buyers I don't likeThat's basic customer service.
