On the 5th of February 2020. I selected to purchase a plan for one user on the system this should have cost $132 for a full year, but I was charged $396 for this. I contacted the company straight away and they agreed to refund the difference and sent a refund invoice to me to confirm a refund of $357.73 was owed for the incorrect invoice and the unused time. Since then I have contacted the company via email, phone and on their support site and have received no response. They have just ignored all my messages checking when I can get the refund sent to my bank.

Company was supposed to adjust my billing to reflect a reduction in our users, from 5 to 2. On Dec 10, 2018 they were supposed to lower the charge to 7.00 per month. Instead they charged 7.00 per month in addition to another fee, which started at 18.18 per month and increased to 21.00 per month. The charge was supposed to be only 7.00 per month. I have been unable to speak with anyone there, I have called many many times. I no longer use the service but I cannot contact anyone to stop billing me, they are completely non responsive, there is no support or billing assistance. I continue to receive two charges a month, one of 7.00 and another of 21.00. I am due a refund of 291.18 as of this writing.
